If you decide to choose this house - you better do it fast, it's a real hidden gem for this low of a price. Despite not having that many reviews yet, the place is absolutely wonderful and hosts are ready to do everything to make your stay here as pleasant as possible. Photos don't do justice to this place and it was the first time in my life when the reality was much better than expected. Lovely modern and spacious rooms, comfortable beds in a quiet area. We left too early to have breakfast but staff were so accommodating and friendly. Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Kutaisi!
