This was a very comfortable cottage to stay in. There was lots of room to relax inside as well as outside. The bathroom area was large and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook with, as well as ample coffee, sugar, tea, etc etc. The host provided us with a nice bottle of wine, fruit, and treats 😋 . The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect to visit Katskhi Pillar. It is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. Communication with the host was excellent. IMO it is much nicer to stay somewhere like here than in the town Chiatura... It is ideal to have a car when staying here.

I really recommend this place! Super welcoming family, very clean, best night of sleep I’ve had in a while, lovely garden and fantastic food. Walking distance from Katskhi pillar monastery, you can see it from the garden.

We especially loved that it’s right in the center of the town — everything is close by and very convenient. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. It’s a pity that time passed so quickly — we wished we could have stayed longer.
