The house is situated on a hill in a really calm and natural environment in a small settlement. Excellent views and great garden. A lot of hang out equipment like table tennis, hammocks, dart, volley ball - great for Families / kids. Very lovely host and Kind welcome. Simple kitchen and bathroom, but everything you essentially need is available. Could also be great for a long term stay - excellent price / value ratio :-) Nice old fortress and hiking trails in the surrounding area nearby and a great restaurant with outdoor dining area in the neighborhood .

Peaceful boutique hotel conveniently located in Kakheti region, with comfortable rooms and lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The owners and the staff are extremely welcoming, they all make any possible effort to make their guests feel comfortable and leave with a pleasant memory of the overall stay. We cannot recommend enough to book also the dinner here, it will be a feast with abundant and delicious georgian food!
