We loved staying at sada guesthouse! The hosts are very welcome and accommodating. We were also able to order dinner and breakfast for a very reasonable price. The room was very clean, cosy and warm even on a cold night. The location is perfect, so close to the caves and with marshrutka drop off and pick up right at the house. The surroundings are beautiful, very relaxing garden by the river, short walk to the sulfur pools and a bit longer walk to the upper vardzia nunnery. Great place to explore more of Vardzia than just the caves.

Aleksandre and his family are very friendly and welcoming hosts. The place is very simple so don't expect much but it has everything you might need and it's a homestay. It was cold when we came but heaters were provided and along with very think woolen blankets they made our night warm. The breakfast was very tasty and big too.
