The resort is actually amazing. We were amazed for what they offer, even in out of season. The restaurant served an amazing local cuisine foods and the breakfast was splendid. The view from our room was to die for, We had all the Vardzia monastery to our plate. Great stay if you are nearby

Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or just wanted to have a casual chat, they were always available with a smile. But one of the standout features of Tsotne's Kingdom has to be the homemade food. Each meal felt like a heartfelt home-cooked dish, infused with flavors that are both authentic and delicious. It's evident that a lot of love and care goes into preparing these meals, and it truly enhanced my overall stay. For anyone considering a stay here, don't hesitate. It's a sanctuary where you'll find comfort, incredible hospitality, and some of the most delightful food you'll ever taste. I can't wait to return!

Our hosts- Tomasi and his wife were super hospitable. Helpful with everything local: sulphur spring, Vardzia, cafes where to grab lunch. The dinner was amazing: we shared it with other guests and felt like we were at a proper Georgian family dinner: tasty homemade food and delicious unlimited wine made by Tomasi himself. Many complain that it’s cold but if you ask Tomasi, he will switch it on, no problem. The location and the views are stunning.
