The breakfast buffet was excellent, it varied abit each morning. I d highly recommend paying the little extra for the sea view balconies, they are perfectly located for the amazing sunsets. English speaking staff as well which helped my greatly

A comfortable room near the sea. Very nice and hospitable owner. The terrace on the roof is just awesome. As well as a swimming pool - it's pretty small but so cool anyway. In a word, I recommend this hotel.

It was my first time in kobuleti and it couldn't have been better. The weather was beautiful and the hotel exceeded all expectations. Rooms were clean and neat, the staff and the owners were very polite and lovely. The view from our room was especjally beautiful during the sunset, make sure you don't miss it. We are totally going back again next year.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kobuleti. Everything was excellent, from the spotless and comfortable rooms and beds to the delicious and healthy breakfast. The fresh and tasty vegetables were a delightful start to the day. The staff members were incredibly welcoming, kind, friendly, always smiling, and very supportive. The location is also a great advantage—close to the sea and nearby restaurants. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Kobuleti.

Very good location and 2 minutes walk to beach and Restaurants,stores are in good walking distance also. Owner was always helpful if it was some questions. Breakfast was good much to choose between. Pool area also very good. So yes i would recommend this hotel

I’ve been traveling to Kobuleti for several years in a row. I really like the mix of resort vibes, plenty of cafés and restaurants with good food, and the fairly clean sea. The sunsets are stunning, and the promenade is long and beautiful. Away from the center, you can find the Kobuleti wetlands – a beautiful green area with a landscape unusual for Georgia (there are ferns and white moss). It’s a bit uncomfortable to walk out of the water on the pebbles, but that’s manageable. I really love this resort!

Kobuleti is a truly wonderful place to visit.

Kobuleti is a truly wonderful place to visit. The town has a unique charm, with a beautiful seaside, fresh air, and a relaxing atmosphere. It’s perfect for families, couples, and anyone who wants to enjoy the Black Sea coast away from the crowds. The hospitality of the locals makes the experience even more special. I would definitely recommend everyone to visit Kobuleti – it’s a hidden gem worth discovering!

Kobuleti is a nice small town on the Black Sea beach.

Kobuleti is a nice small town on the Black Sea beach. We stayed in a hotel with breakfast and ate dinner in small cafes which are plentiful, with good local food and quite reasonable prices. We moved around on foot and in a rented car. The beach is fine, safe and not overcrowded even at the peak of the swimming season. Everyone speaks good Russian, as a Russian speaker you have zero communication problems.

Great place for easy access to the sea shore itself.

Great place for easy access to the sea shore itself. Not crowded as in Batumi. Not really any architecture/city places to look at except the city queue. But it is easy to take a taxi and reach PetrA fortress in one direction (20 minutes) and Botanical garden with flamingos, parrots, huge trees from all over the world in the other direction (25 minutes). Good value for money.

It is a very nice area for strolls on the beach, drinking coffee in the many coffee shops, it has a very nice market with lots of interesting stuff to buy, good and affordable public transport and a good and affordable place to visit, especially out of season when it is not very busy.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! This hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive—absolutely cool. The cleanliness was outstanding, truly spotless in every corner. Everything was handled in the blink of an eye. You barely finish asking for something, and the staff is already on it—so helpful and efficient. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. Honestly, everything about this hotel is amazing. I highly recommend it!

No parking space. No coffee in the room. You have to ask for extra towels , it's not provided if longer than one day. Hotel pool had music so loud you don't hear yourself speaking . Breakfast included was not worth the money. Hotel restaurant took forever to bring food or drinks . Not to mention AC not working in the room on a 40 Celsius heat. Had to ask for shampoo all we got was some badly wash . Paid over 800 lari for 2 days Not worth it.

Great accommodation of the apartments! What could be better, opening your eyes in the morning, seeing the blue sea and hearing the gentle sound of the surf. Well-developed infrastructure, shops, restaurants are all nearby. Access to the beach. A friendly host, always available. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Kobuleti.
