We booked at Nini's Sweet House by coincidence and what a great coincidence! This warm and hospitable guest house exceeded our expectations! Otari and his daughter Tamari were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are super clean and spacious and the garden is well maintained. You can find different cosy spots to sit and enjoy the greenery and the calmness of his garden. Otari took us on a tour to see his house, beautiful garden and all the great facilities such as billiards and table tennis. He offered us homemade eggs for breakfast and Tamari taught my wife how to prepare Khatchapuri which we all enjoyed for dinner along with other guests who were there during our stay. The guest house location is perfect if you're planning to visit Okatse Canyon, Martvili Canyon and Prometheus Cave. We were lucky to find this wonderful facility and meet this amazing family. We will definitely visit this place again!

It was really amazing place to stay. And the view around is just fabulous! The house is very clean, new, it has everything you need. The owner met us, was very friendly, showed us everything. The car could be parked right on the house's property. We really liked that there were no houses or other chalets opposite the house, there was only nature, you could have breakfast on the veranda and admire the mountains. The road nearby is almost invisible, you can hear cars passing by sometimes, but it was not very distracting. Martvili Canyon is 5 minutes away by car. We definitely recommend this property.

    this area is at the crossroad of Okatse/Kinchka and Martvili. Also this area close Tskaltubo/Prometheus and Kutaisi. This regions has a wonderful nature, homes are so nice, all of them are cottages and in the middle of the huge gardens. Enough Markets to be able to find whatever you need. May be as a village there is nothing to see, but as a strategically, it is easy to arrive to tourist areas.
