We booked at Nini's Sweet House by coincidence and what a great coincidence! This warm and hospitable guest house exceeded our expectations! Otari and his daughter Tamari were super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are super clean and spacious and the garden is well maintained. You can find different cosy spots to sit and enjoy the greenery and the calmness of his garden. Otari took us on a tour to see his house, beautiful garden and all the great facilities such as billiards and table tennis. He offered us homemade eggs for breakfast and Tamari taught my wife how to prepare Khatchapuri which we all enjoyed for dinner along with other guests who were there during our stay. The guest house location is perfect if you're planning to visit Okatse Canyon, Martvili Canyon and Prometheus Cave. We were lucky to find this wonderful facility and meet this amazing family. We will definitely visit this place again!

This is place is amazing! The rooms are big and confortable. They have homemade breakfast and dinner and the food is just perfect! It is a feast, it worth it. But if it is too pricy for your budget, you can use the smll communal kitchen. Emma and all the staff were very welcoming and kind. You can get along, have some beers and wine with everyone, or just lay on an hammok on your own and chill. Enjoy the dog and cats, the breeze and the peace. The location is a bit far from the city center, but you can always hitch hike or get an minivan. If you have a car, then it is perfect.

It was really amazing place to stay. And the view around is just fabulous! The house is very clean, new, it has everything you need. The owner met us, was very friendly, showed us everything. The car could be parked right on the house's property. We really liked that there were no houses or other chalets opposite the house, there was only nature, you could have breakfast on the veranda and admire the mountains. The road nearby is almost invisible, you can hear cars passing by sometimes, but it was not very distracting. Martvili Canyon is 5 minutes away by car. We definitely recommend this property.
