Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was the stunning view of the river from terrace. Waking up to the sound of nature and enjoying our morning coffee in such a serene setting was truly unforgettable. We chose this chateau on our road trip from Tiblisi to Batumi and we loved it. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the food was outstanding the family suite was one of the highlights for our kids and the pool was huge and clean. And the cocktails at the pool was the plus on the many pluses. 😉

It's very cozy. The chalet is very spacious and clean, the bathroom is quite big too. The property has a nice garden with hammocks and the chalet itself has outdoor seating too - perfect for a morning coffee. There was an adorable kitten outside which is a welcome bonus! The location is great too - in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the center.
