Everything was perfect. The staff is nice especially Anna at the reception. They upgraded my room with a terrace and city view. The breakfast and the heated pool on top floor are the best for this hotel. I will definitely come back to this property.

The hotel is well located in the old town close to Liberty Square. Really a good point to begin the visit of the wonderful Tbilisi. The structure is quite new. Room has all necessary and the bathroom is spacious with the shower comfortable and really well done. The staff is kind and welcoming. So I have found all perfect in my experience. If you want the breakfast could be improved a little bit, but is ok. Anyway, based on my experience I feel to recommend this place.

We initially booked five nights (in October 2023), and then prolonged our stay for another two nights, because we simply loved it there. The location is great, the house is just super nicely designed (especially the facade, the yard, the breakfast area and the oak wood staircase). All the (young) staff is professional and super friendly. Breakfast is great (I recommend you order some of the extras, like "Georgian breakfast" which are eggs in a coriander-almond-gravy) with a nice Georgian touch (like tklapi, local cheeses, and pastry (we liked the things with walnuts a lot). The owner is Georgian. Thus, the money you pay doesn't go into a foreign investor's pocket. We really loved the staff. We researched some activities online first and then asked the staff about their opinion, which helped us a lot. We also let them book cabs for us. All spoke pretty good English. We'll definitely come back.

We couldn’t decide between a few hotels in Tbilisi, but then we found this one, and it made the choice so much easier. The location is perfect—central but still pretty quiet. The hotel looks amazing, and everything feels fresh and well-maintained, like it’s brand new. Tbilisi is easy to get around. So much history to see and understand. The people are great and very helpful. The food is really good. If you're happy to spend time wandering, you'll enjoy this city and a very different culture.

I found the residents not very friendly.

I found the residents not very friendly. This could be due to a general lack of talking in English. It was very simple to change money and it was only necessary to present your passport with high amounts. Traffic in the city is congested but the metro offers a very affordable alternative for the city at 1 Lari (USD0.3) per ride. Whenever you rent a car note that filling stations do not generally have compresses air. Petrol quality differs. There are plenty of very nice restaurants offering good wines. Saperavi is the red cultivar of choice. Restaurants are not well advertised and one must make effort to find them.

We were in Tbilisi for about 10 days.

We were in Tbilisi for about 10 days. The city is amazing, but there is so much to see it will probably take a couple of trips. We also took time to do some trips outside the city. We had so much fun and saw so many things every where we went. It was truly an enchanted vacation.

In my opinion, Tbilisi is undoubtedly the most beautiful city in the Caucasus. The city is a treasure trove of historical and cultural monuments. But what truly makes Tbilisi magical are its people. They are wonderfully hospitable and generous. Their warmth is genuine, and you feel it everywhere. The city's atmosphere is simply captivating. An absolute must-visit for any traveler.

Comfy place with large rooms on Kakheti highway, from which you can catch bus #337 across the street to go to the airport or catch a bus into Tbilisi center from right in front of the hotel. It's on the bottom floor of an old "massif" apartment block, but the rooms are relatively modern.Varketli metro is close and that area is very ative with shops, restaurants and activity. Actually I've been in Tbilisi for five moths and it is the most active area I've seen yet with non touristy modern Georgian life7

From hotel to Airport take bus 337 in Liberty Square. This is close. Leon Rooms overall near from tourist destination like as Old Tblisi, Mother Georgia Etc, restaurant, money changer. I recomendation this hotel if you visit Tblisi and admin fast respon for help. Thanks Nini you was help me and answer all about my question.

I liked the helpful and responsive staff the most! This was right from the time I made the booking. They also let me keep some luggage at the hotel for four nights even before I had checked in while I travelled elsewhere in Georgia. The heritage value and location only add to the charm. It’s unfortunate that those with mobility issues cannot consider this property given the steps.

The breakfast at Saffron restaurant was top-notch, especially thanks to Sepehr, who was so friendly and knew a lot about the food, especially the Georgian dishes. I highly recommend this hotel!
