The location was perfect very near the town. We loved the breakfast and great that it was open until 11am. The room was amazing so big for 4 people - super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and excellent English spoken- we really enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel

We chose this chalet as it has an interesting location, very good ratings and a suitable price near the center of Kutaisi. Mamuka and Giorgi (owners of several chalets in this complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with tea and coffee, one day we were booked into a restaurant). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time in October, and we loved it so much that we decided to come back again. The rooms are exceptionally clean, with fresh linens and well-maintained facilities. The hotel has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, a refrigerator, and napkins) and a lovely courtyard where guests can dine. The day before our departure, the hotel manager kindly asked if we needed an airport transfer. We initially planned to book a taxi for 4 a.m., but it turned out that no taxis were available at that hour in Kutaisi. Desperate, we called the hotel manager, who arranged a ride for us within 10 minutes. His father kindly drove us to the airport, and we were incredibly grateful for his help. Later, we realized our child had left a toy in his car, and this kind gentleman even returned to the airport to give it back to us. I highly recommend this hotel! You’ll get a great room for a fair price, along with exceptional service.

Great location near the market and fully equipped kitchen for guests where you can cook from delicious local vegetables and fruits. Hosts are very nice people and if you want they are helpful, joyful and communicative! Room was clean and nice, hot watter without problems:) During day it can be little bit loud around hotel because locals loves to horn during driving. But our room was quiet during night. Great starting point for visiting all sanatoriums.

You are in city centre. Everything was close by in this small town. Lady is very kind ti look after everything. Obviously don’t expect like a large hotel. It’s a family house party rented. So excellent value for money to spent a night.
