Amazing staff! Especially Sevillay in the kitchen who made us feel especially welcome and also made me the best omelette in my life. Also very sweet waitress who gave us coffee every morning! Spa was very nice. Was a little worried about extra hidden costs after reading the reviews, but this was NOT the case. We paid only for what we took from the minibar which was also very reasonable price. Water pressure in the shower perfect. Size the room is what you pay for. Not big but very cosy and well designed. Big TV with all the smart features which was a big plus when we were adjusting to being jetlagged and not being able to get into a sleeping pattern routine ;)

Very clean and cozy place. Room is spacious and big balcony with great view. Location is great, not far from metro station. Breakfast was also included and dishes varied and delicious. Staff is polite and responsive. All equipment is provided for a great stay! We loved our stay in this hotel.

The owners Fed and Mrs Fed are really good people putting their lives into making your stay enjoyable. They don't cut corners.New mattresses, linen and shower heads .Even the coffee is from a top local roaster. The location is great just off Rustaveli and near that Metro station. The Omnibus to Kutaisi airport departs across the street. By the summer guests will be able to socialise on the rooftop area.
