The host and his mother are very friendly, helpful and speak english. The house is unique and serves breakfast and dinner for extra fee - we had breakfast, which was amazing and had a lot of different food. Host also has a wine cellat and makes his own wine.

We toral recommend Luni's accommodation. The place is beautiful, close to Vardzia. The apartment is very clean, beautiful, and super-equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning view and nature surroundings. Waking up to the sound of the birds and the flowing river, looking over de green valley and the Varzia ancient caves from the terrace. The breakfast was freshly made and delicious and the homeowner and his family were an absolute delight and very helpfull. I would’ve stayer more nights if I had the time, because this place is peaceful for the soul.

Tsotne was a great host in his kingdom. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The food was great, the rooms were clean, the beds were nice and his family very welcoming. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

we have been 12 days in Armenia and Georgia. During this time it was the best stay, the hosts were super nice, the welcome was warm, in the morning I could experience the daily routine, including burning fresh ChaCha. the breakfast was like grandma's...all ingredients from our own farm, freshly milked milk, homemade yoghurt....extraordinary. a big thank you from Kathleen and Sebastian.
