As 1st experience in Gruzia this is definitely very local place. Its in a small village and off the grid. The rooms are big but with old equipment and water was not always hot. Don't expect luxury. Warm and hospitable owner who offered us best red wine we had in Georgia. If you want beautiful local experience, meet great people and taste exceptionally good wine then this is great place! Also there is beautiful hot spring 20 minutes by car.

Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied! The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The service was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We had a great time and will definitely come back again. The only small suggestion is to pay a bit more attention to cleaning the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect. It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but it's only a 10-minute walk away, which gives you the tranquility of a tree-lined street. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need; they even provided bathrobes. The open buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options. Enjoying our breakfast in the winter garden was a particular pleasure. The hotel also has ample parking, which is very helpful for those traveling by car.

Hotel is new. Very clean and fresh. Nice bathroom with all necessary equipment. Free water and tea! Bed was comfortable. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Very close to center. And a good price! Host is very nice and friendly!

The location is perfect, a short walk to the central square. The place was amazingly clean and very cozy. Many options for lighting the room. The bathroom looked new and squicky clean. The owner of the place was the nicest person, always ready to help. The TV had netflix, youtube and other platforms to comfortably unwind after a long day exploring the city. We are already planning to come back:)
