Very nice room eqquiped with all the essential appliances and with new and modern furniture as well. Excellent service, staff very friendly, kind and quite attentive to guests' needs and desires. I must say that the location of the accomonation is ideal as it is close to the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarket. There is also a little train available which is very helpful for the transportation from/to the bus station(main road)or for a village tour.

Easy to drive to from the airport and park in the hotel. Very good, experienced staff. Food choices excellent and lots of cocktails to choose from. Next to Sandy beach. Overall very good and highly recommend.

We completed a 9 night stay in a split apartment. The cleanliness was excellent. The cleaning lady and also receptionist, miss Julia was a kindest hostess. She welcomed us warmly as soon as we arrived at the apartment. She made sure that our room would be ready upon our arrival, at 8:30 am so we didn’t have to wait until arranged check-in time (13:00). During our whole stay, she provided us kindly with anything we could need and ask for. The apartment is renovated, warm and cozy, comfortable for 3 guests and equipped with all possible facilities needed: well stored, extra towels in the bathroom and complimented bottles of wine and fruits. The location is excellent and rooms are soundproofed and quiet.

Best things: kindness and helpfulness of the staff (we have never encountered a higher level of professionalism even in a five-star hotel), spacious room with great view, perfect location (a great sandy beach is a 1 min walk away, city centre is about 6-8 minutes). The whole vibe of the hotel is fascinating.

The place is fantastic.

The place is fantastic. The Villas are very high quality, very well designed and projected and very clean and well maintained. The hosts provide complete and perfect information in various ways (personally and by email) before and during the stay. The location is in the middle of the 2 biggest cities on Crete and close to Rethymno and very close to many interesting attractions like beaches, activities like Quads, scuba diving, wineries, scenic villages, caves, archeological sites etc etc. But the BEST thing for me is just the place itself, the villa with its peace and quiet, where you have everything you want to have, plenty of corners whether you want to be in the sun or the shade and you really can relax and feel at home
