I had an amazing experience renting this house. It was clean, comfortable, and offered a peaceful environment. The terrace was a bonus, providing a serene spot to relax. The welcome gifts of cake, alcohol, and fruits were a delightful surprise. Considering the quality and amenities, the price was fantastic. I couldn't have been more satisfied. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Glykeria Hotel — a true gem in Crete! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The host was incredible: always available, genuinely kind, and eager to help us with anything we needed. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and even helped us shape our vacation itinerary with local tips and recommendations we wouldn’t have found on our own. What makes this place even more special is that it’s a family-run business with a beautiful history that dates back to the grandparents. Hearing their story added such a personal, authentic touch to our stay. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, with an unforgettable view of the sea — we started each morning with coffee on the balcony, soaking it all in. (Yes, coffee was included in the room, which we really appreciated!) Although breakfast wasn’t included, we happily ate at their restaurant across the street every morning — everything was fresh, local, and absolutely delicious. In fact, we ended up eating all our meals there during our 3-day stay because the food was just that good. Every dish was a highlight, and you could really feel the love and care that went into the cooking. If you’re looking for a peaceful, heartfelt experience in Crete with great hospitality, views, and food — Glykeria Hotel is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

The position is perfect, it has private parking and very nice vegetation surrounding the terrace. For the price, interiors are very well cured and every room has private access by the terrace, very pleasent. the owner is super kind and helpful. We will come back for sure!!

The hotel is very nice, good installations and all you need. What really really stood out was the treatment by the personell; Thanisios una Harris in reception were super friendly and helpfull; Kostas in the evening and Isabelle for brealfast in the restaurant gave us a 5 star service. They were the ones that served us but the whole restaurant crew was very fortxoming. Kostas was especially nice, giving us recommendations and tips about what to do in the region. Efharistó Kostas! Also: the feta in fylos was the best we have eaten so far in all of Greece. Hope to come back, thanks a lot!

Amazing apartmant/room with everything you need for the few nights staying. Very clean, special small "kitchen" corner where you can make tea or small breakfast (local mini market just few steps from place where you can buy everything you need). Private Parking in front of the rooms. Petfriendly, my two dogs was welcome free of charge. I am very happy about this new amazing place close of Elafonissi and sure we will be came back.

I really liked how peaceful and beautiful the place was. The apartment was very clean and modern, and the private pool was perfect for relaxing. The location is great—close to Elafonisi Beach but still quiet and private. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything felt well taken care of. Great spot for a relaxing stay in Crete!
