We stayed here and the hosts were amazing!! The villa is very clean and retains its traditional features whilst being modern with all the facilities you might need. It is fully stocked just like a hotel but set up for self-catering. Great for a families or small groups of people! It is a very short walk to some great restaurants, bakery and mini-market. We’ve been to Gennadi a few times and the area is fantastic. The beach is very close by - a 5 minute drive. The airport is just one hour away but with good bus connections if you don’t have a car. Would happily come back

Really nice and peaceful place, a comfortable villa with the spacious living room decorated in a cozy home style, 2 comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen. good air-condition in each room, the villa with a beautiful sea view, a cozy terrace, a good place to rest after windsurfing, 5-7 minutes walk to Gennadi shops and restaurants, good & nice local cleaning service, responsive, helping with any issues if there are any with the Villa, we recommend it for other guests

We stayed at Villa Mamma Mia for the first time in June 2023. We liked it so much that a week after we arrived home, we decided to place another booking for this year. So, this was our second visit to this wonderful place. The villa is situated on a hill, offering a stunning view of the village below and the sea. The breeze is pleasant and keeps the villa cool, even on hot days, though it can be a bit windy at times. We especially enjoyed the pool, which the kids absolutely loved. We like that the villa is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village, not directly in the middle of a typically noisy Greek neighborhood. But it is only a 12-minute walk to the village center, where many nice tavernas and highly rated restaurants are located. Although the villa has a decent kitchen and everything needed for preparing a nice dinner (there is even a grill on the terrace), we ate out every evening. Before and after visiting the restaurants, it is nice to enjoy the atmosphere of the small but lively central square of the village, where there is a nice grocery store, a store with fresh fruits and vegetables, and a bakery where you can buy delicious pastries, Greek desserts, and ice until midnight. Our first visit to the villa last year was just a couple of weeks before the catastrophic wildfires on Rhodes started. Watching the news and seeing familiar places in flames was disturbing. When we returned this year, we were a bit apprehensive about how significant the fire damage might be. Fortunately, the villa survived without damage, although traces of the fire are visible around the villa and in many other places in the area. Yes, there are trees and bushes burned and without any green leaves, but it is clear that nature is coming back to life. And hey, it's much easier to see the herd of deer walking around the villa before dawn when there aren't too many green trees! And I have to admit, there are plenty of deer.

We arrived late in the evening being greeted by a friendly receptionist who had already walked out to greet us from the taxi, and helped with the suitcase. After the simple and smooth check in, you are guided to your room while the luggage was carried. You are given a handy map and list with opening times of restaurants and facilities on the resort. From the next morning you enjoy a nice buffet breakfast, which in the earlier hours is peaceful and quiet. Then you have a choice: enjoy one of the many excursions that you can book from the reception, or you hop in your rented car from the rental company in the reception at the resort, or you enjoy a refreshing drink at the bar and play some games in the airconditioned inside area, or enjoy the view over the bay on the outside terrace. Then you go for a resfreshing swim in one of the many pools or the sea, or work out in the gym or treat yourself on a treatment at the spa. Around lunch time you can enjoy the buffet restaurant for a wide selection of food options and local produce or decide to grab a snack at one of the bar/restaurants around the pools and beach. In the afternoon you enjoy some entertainment at the slides pool and after the varied evening buffet you follow the invitation to attend a show at the amphitheatre. Once per week of stay or based on availability you can even enjoy an a la carte dinner at one of the specialty restaurants of your preference. Then you arrive back at your room, which has been tidied and made by the hard-working staff and enjoy some of the complimentary fruit and wine before going to bed. And the next day, a new range of options awaits such as petting one of the three lovely cats hanging around the resort or strolling through the shops and arcade area and enjoying the famous Lindos pancake. Lindos Breeze Beach Hotel and the Lindos Imperial resort have positively suprised with an impeccable and excellent stay.

Superb hotel with great and very clean rooms. It was a sanctuary of comfort, with a plush and cozy bed that provided a restful sleep. The tasteful and stylish decor added an elegant touch to the room, creating a luxurious atmosphere. This is definitely recommendation-worthy material. I think everyone should check it out!
