We chose this hotel and did not regret it, the room was clean, cleaning every two days, also the room offered towels for the beach, which is very convenient. I was at the hotel for my birthday, when the owner of the hotel found out about it, she made us a surprise, decorating the room with flowers, we were surprised. The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel, there are also many different restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of 2-3 minutes. On the day of departure we had an evening flight, and the owner allowed us to stay until 3 so, really appreciated that. I definitely recommend this place!

The staff was very friendly and Mr. Stelios did everything in his power to be of help. The service was fantastic; one day, when we missed to be back at the hotel for the lunch buffet, he made sure to bring out leftovers from the kitchen for us. The breakfast was excellent; it included a great variety of fresh vegetables and fruit, as well as local specialties. We loved the pool area, the banan trees in the yard and the view over the mountains. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

I am impressed by the kindness and the professionalism of the staff! The hotel is really comfortable, with a wonderful garden, private beach, clean and safe swimming pools and stunning views over the the sea! The rooms are extremely clean, calm and comfortable! Best things: kindness and helpfulness of the staff (we have never encountered a higher level of professionalism even in a five-star hotel), spacious room with great view, perfect location (a great sandy beach is a 1 min walk away, city centre is about 6-8 minutes). The whole vibe of the hotel is fascinating.

We arrived in the morning and were able to park right outside the property easily. The property is situated in an amazing location boasting an unbelievable view of the mountains & bay. You also have all necessary utilities to prepare what you like in the apartment.

Located in a very convenient position in Crete, Atali Grand resort offers a wide and quality range of services. Staff is very kind and caring and always keen to help and solve any problem. Waterpark is the plus of this structure since it helps with kids and allows parents to relax a bit. Bali itself and Livadi beach offer many opportunities for lunch/dinner in a very romantic place during evening/night. Highly recommended, let greek soul invade your life.
