We stood in the room with direct access to the pool and it was exceptionally beautiful, calm and clean. The room and bathroom were beyond comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Perfect location with plenty of restaurants and beach nearby.

We were amazed by the variation and the quality of the food served in the restaurant. The hotel served a lot dishes from the greek cuisine, which we loved. We could taste a lot of greek dishes that you could find in a restaurants menu and the flavours were superb! Our kids loved the pools and waterslides. We had a room by the main pool on the ground floor, which was very convenient with the kids. We stayed at the older part of the hotel buildings, which has a lot of greenery around🙂 The hotel buildings, gardens and overall territory was beautifully maintained ja very clean. Hotel staff was always very polite and nice to us. We liked that the hotel was close to the town. Our room seemed newly renovated and was cleaned every day. The bathroom was extremely small, with the door open, but it was no big deal for us🙂

Arrived at 2 am and left at 2 pm the same day. Excellent handling of our uncomfortable check-in/check-out times. Breakfast was great, gym was nice, wifi worked well. Room was big, AC worked excellent, good drying solution on balcony etc. etc. Didn't see too much of the gardens and pool area but it all looked beautiful. Pre-booked transfer from Chania for 55 euros (2 ppl)

Great hotel a few meters away from the beach. Verry clean, nice rooms, and friendly staff, especially the chefs. The food was exceptional (breakfast and dinner). Every day the chefs prepared new dishes, some of them prepared on the spot.

Great place to stay with familiy. It was really luxury experience. We received upgraded room with private pool without price change. Nice beach with sand and all needed infrastrukture like showers, sun beds and so on. Personnel higly skilled and professional, organized for us all day trip to Samaria Gorge. As a trip starts early morning we received food in lunch boxes. Restaurant offer extremly tasty food, even for glutrn-free guests. Brakfast and dinner served as a buffet. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back there next time.

Everything is perfect even for the second time . General atmosphere of the hotel, everything clean and well organized. Of course the pool and the bar so nice to meet other people. The direct access of the private beach with the beautiful view of Theodoru island melted our heart again. Staff so polite and lovely as usual. Products of quality for the breakfast and for the snack served at lunch time. Cocktail so good too. You can book eyes closed if you want to feel safe and relax for your holidays

We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Dhembla is a charming little village, but we only spent a short time there because we visited the more famous beaches, from Elafonissi to Balos and Falasarna, and then looked for quaint tavernas. We loved it; the roads are very comfortable and there's little traffic. It was a great holiday, and we'll return and visit the south.
