Dimitsana is a typical beautiful mountain village with very narrow, steep cobblestone streets. Very picturesque! We loved the experience. I feel like one doesn’t have a full picture of Greece without a visit to a hill town like Dimitsana. Lovely, lively, intriguing. Drive respectfully or not at all. We appreciated the helpfulness of our host. He directed us to a hike that we wanted to make and helped facilitate transportation so we could be dropped off at one end and hike back to the village. We enjoyed a traditional breakfast both of the mornings we stayed at the guesthouse.
