Amazingly positive treatment by the staff, just before their scheduled closure for maintenance and a few days off before re-opening for Christmas. Allowed us to stay in the superior room we had booked, although we had mistaken to inform about having a dog with us. Also let us stay late at the lounge and even offered additional food for breakfast exclusively. Had a great time overall and will definitely suggest to others, also will visit again.

Beautiful little spot in the mountains. Amazing architecture, and the very large room was perfect. Very close to the Mystras Castle which is an amazing site to visit. Great and very well priced food.

The design and decore are WOW WOW WOW, really European authentic. The managers were VERY welcoming and nice, they provided us an additional blanket, they were very responsive when we wanted to make changes in our order. We had a lovely stay, highly recommended. AC worked great, very quiet, no noise from the street, big comfy bed, room very big with high ceilings.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right on the beachfront, offering stunning views and direct access to the sand. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was also exceptional, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. But what really surprised us was the complimentary kids menu, which was a lovely touch for families like ours. Overall, we'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation with excellent service and amenities. We can't wait to come back!

The hotel was very nice, clean, and at a great location! Service was excellent and they helped us out a lot because we found out that we had a flat tire in the morning and they went above and beyond to help us out with calling garages, translating and asking people they knew to help out! We can really recommend this hotel and would come back for sure!
