first of all i have to apologize everyone who is looking for a proper review of this Hotel, i will almost completely devouting this space to say that after few years of visiting various countries, places and hotels i cannot compare them to this place. The level of hospitality of every crew member me and my family had chance to met during our stay was outstanding. We were invited by Antonis who was our advisor during 6 day stay. From very beginning he was on mission to fulfill his customers needs and I can only tell that he was doing far more then great job. He was very helpful in a way that I did not met before. Restaurant and food served in it is completely ok. Every night has different cuisine every time its fresh and have a nice look. If you are wondering to chose between HB and dinner outside I can say that food in the restaurant is enough to.convince to stay in the hotel. Ofcourse If you want to try cretan cuisine it is better to try it outside but if you already did it before you will not regret. Rooms are very clean, rather spacious, and have good quality of equipment installed. Jacuzzi on the balcony is very nice, only thing that was annoying was circulation pump noise even when nobody was using jacuzzi but its probably required to keep water in it clean. The gym in the hotel has enough to offer to maintain muscles during stay. You have Trx, full bar, some barbells, wooden bricks, cage and steel frame for squats, dips, pull ups, ohp and other complex exercises.

Everything. Very welcome and happy place. The inspire of the owner (Mr. Gorge) is feeled at every corner and by all staff. Wonderfull view with very nice and clean swiming pool. Our stay at Filia Luxury Suites was absolutely amazing. The residence is brand new, truly luxurious and spacious. There’s air conditioning in both rooms, and a huge terrace with a nice view of the garden with clementine and mandarin trees. You’ll find a kettle, a mini fridge, Nescafé, shower with shampoo and a hairdryer – even cotton pads, swabs, and tissues are provided. Bright white towels, beach towels, and slippers were prepared on our bed upon arrival. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable – we had a great night’s sleep every night. Cleaning, bed linen, and towel changes were done daily, which made our stay extra comfortable. The closest beach is cca. 500 metres, with sandy beach and water sports. Other bays are near by too. Every evening, Mr. Jorgos, the owner of the property and the chef, treated us to wonderful meals – a real highlight of our trip. Mr. Jorgos, Mrs. Argira, and Ms. Filia are the best hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. We had an unforgettable week and can’t wait to return as soon as possible!
