From the moment we arrived we felt very much at home. We loved the interior design! It looked so majestic, nice art everywhere. The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. Our rooms were clean, had much space and the airconditioning worked perfectly fine. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very well prepared. I brought my parents along and they were as amazed as we were. We also loved the city. I wished I could have used the pool more but we had so many things to do/see in the city. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back!

From the moment they contacted us to advise how to check in to the moment we departed, the Petrou Suites staff could not have been more wonderful! They were helpful in finding out details of bus times and also offered to ensure our room was ready as soon as possible due to us having an early arrival, we were able to check in early without any bother. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and quite modern. The lady who checked us in and also helped us with luggage storage on departure was an absolute gem! I only wish we had longer in Ioannina so we could have stayed another night. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. A highlight was the complimentary 30-minute welcome massage, which added a special touch to my experience. The breakfast here is excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
