Highly recommended for a pre-season get-away! Simple and clean flat, quite spacious with everything you need and 2 balconies!! Quiet area at this time of the year, beach ca. 10mins away by foot. Raisa is an amazing attentive host and has great restaurant tips for the area and even Thessaloniki. We ate in her brother’s restaurant and others she recommended and enjoyed all of them!

"Bareti Boutique Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Kallithea, Halkidiki. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by modern design and luxury. The rooms are spacious, bright, and modernly styled, featuring a smart TV. The pool is beautiful and clean, perfect for relaxing under the Greek sun, and the poolside bar is fantastic. The hotel's location is incredible, situated on a quiet street but very close to the center, the beach, and all the restaurants. The staff, especially Maria and Georgios at reception, as well as Lazaros and Nikos at the bar, are extremely friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our reservation for another three days. If you are looking for a stylish and comfortable hotel in Halkidiki, Bareti Boutique Hotel is the perfect choice."

Very nice and friendly host, the rooms where very clean and constantly kept clean ( towels were often changed which not many hotels are even doing) . The ambient was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

It was at a very good place, at the end of the shopping street, but it was very quiet. The hosts were very kind and friendly, helpful and so welcoming!!! They were always there to help, or suggest, to support us. The room was very clean, they cleaned every days, the air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfortable with a very good mattresses. The shower was good, always enough warm water and very good pressure. The terrace has a table and 2 chairs, comfortable to have breakfast. We had mop and bucket, and broom too. So very well equipped. The kitchen seemed good, but we didn't use it.

    A wonderful place right on the shore of the azure Aegean Sea! Our host Ivan was exceptional – always ready to help with advice or organize a restaurant reservation, yet discreet and unobtrusive enough to make us feel completely independent, just like at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a fruit basket – a kind gesture from the host. The cleanliness and order of the place immediately stood out. It is truly an oasis of peace and enjoyment by the sea. The water is crystal clear, and the beach is beautiful, lively, and full of different attractions. Evenings in Kallithea offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and clubs where you can have a wonderful time. Thanks to this place and our host Ivan, we had a truly amazing and unforgettable holiday!

    The room is in a great location.

    The room is in a great location. To get to the beach you have to go down a few steps. The view from the terrace in front of the premises is impressive. In the evening, the area is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive.

    Kalithea is popular among young adults who like to stay up late and play loud music. If you travel with family (I traveled with my older parents), this might not be the ideal place for a good night sleep. The water however was amazing and the locals were very friendly. Thank you for having us. 😊🫰🏼

    Prekrasno iskustvo od prviot moment koga bevme toplo precekani od domakinot Georgi. Sobata beshe so topla atmosfera I mnogu komforna. Najdobroto od se beshe pogledot kon moreto, od ogromnata terasa.Plazata e blisku, a vo neposredna blizina na apartmentot ima super market i najpoznataite taverni vo Kalitea.Se na se, nezaboravno iskustvo i sigurno se vrakame vo bliska idnina.

    Vibrant place, perfect for solo travelers, couples, families...

    Vibrant place, perfect for solo travelers, couples, families or friend group. The best beach was Saltwater, perfect sunbeds, music, service and beach. A lot of bars, restaurants and nightclubs. I had great cocktails at Koktelo with amazing views! Breakfast at Lemonis was great!

    the location was great.

    the location was great. I thought for 6 people (adults) the apartment was small, the sitting room to watch television or just to relax was very small. It would suit 4 people or a small family. As we stayed there 6 days it would have been a nice service to have someone do the beds and change sheets and bath towels. Unfortunately, the website was deceiving in the room sizes. I would not stay there again.

    We booked a double deluxe room with a sea view, and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a SPA apartment. The room was new, with nice furniture, a beautiful view, and very clean – we have no complaints about it. The common areas of the complex are lovely – with beautiful gardens and walkways. The hotel is divided into two parts by a road. We stayed in the deluxe area, which is located by the beach. Each part has its own restaurant where meals are served. The service at the reception and SPA was excellent.

    Spacious and clean room with regular cleaning every two days - much appreciated. Well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, cookware), and a lovely balcony with table, chairs, and even a water tap to wash your feet or things, which we discovered only two days in. You can park on the street in front of the property. Quiet area, nicely arranged yard – a bit far from the beach (by foot), but we will consider to be back if we plan to visit Halkidiki again in the future. The host, Fani, was nice and helpful!
