Very beautiful boutique hotel with kids club. Extremely clean, very nice facilities, easy access to the sea, lots of swimming pools. Very welcoming staff, with special mention to rosy at the restaurant and Ivan, the monitor who put more than 5 stars in our kid’s eyes, all week long. We definitely recommend this hotel to every family that want to create great memories in an all in resort. Thank you Helea hotel!

Beautiful grounds and rooms. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. We enjoyed our room with a sea view and pool. The heated main pools were a great for our late April visit. Staff were welcoming, professional and genuinely friendly. Breakfast is amazing. We had the buffet dinner once during our stay and that was also fantastic. Very happy that we chose to stay here and can’t wait to return.

Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved every minute of our stay here. The customer service was 10/10 from the minute we arrived. We were greeted by the lovely front office receptionist Stavroula who explained everything really well to us. She helped us with several things throughout our stay and there was always such a friendly greeting when we came in. We stayed in the swim up pool room which was amazing! We spent lots of time at the pool and Lucy the waitress was absolutely amazing making sure we were always looked after and our glasses were never empty! Overall there is such a lovely atmosphere in the hotel and everything was clean - we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back! 😁

All staff amazing except the pool service bar.

All staff amazing except the pool service bar. Not attentive enough, had to go for drinks myself to be told we will come to you then it took at least half an hour! One of the lunches that I ordered eventually turned up and was completely cold, the guy shrugged his shoulders and said it was the kitchens fault! Shame really, the rest of the place and the staff were really good. The on-site restaurants are amazing.

LOVE LOVE LOVE - so much to do and not enough time in a week. We would definitely come back to see some vineyards. The ancient streets of Lindos, to the medieval charming Old Town of Rhodes. The sun sets from the mini cruises and the FOOD!! Restaurants to try Nomad - romantic setting, DARLING - exceptional food, new town, NOR - lively for a Friday/ sat night, beaut setting on the beach and RITUALIST - romantic setting, delicious food but fairly quiet.

It was fantastic the weather was wonderful the beaches are great but we did go just before the season started so wasn't very busy! Kallithea is the perfect stay for those who want to get to feel the real Rhodes. A hidden gem! Buses can get you to the nearby sites at a really good price...although I have heard that they can be very crowded during the high season.

Kalithea is a good location to Kalithea springs, the restaurants of Faliraki and the old town of Rhodes. Beaches are pebble at Kalithea but sandy in Faliraki. Snorkelling is great at Kalithea springs.

Definitely 5* hotel, staff were eager to please guests without pestering them. Good choice of food at main restaurant and more restaurants to book , wasn't there long enough to try these out but several of the other wedding guests did, those that stayed longer and were impressed at the quality. Taxis are reasonable and 'old' Rhodes town not too far away.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful cleaner who replaced our towels and kept our room free of rubbish called Adriana. We used the gym which was just right for a holiday facility - there were additional sweat towels available and chilled water. We traveled in to the Old Town which was a surprise- beautiful architecture filled with restaurants and shops selling all manner of goods. The main town we didn’t enjoy as it was very busy. There is obviously significant poverty. We went for a complete rest and achieved that but next time we would venture out more to see other places.

This resort is truly paradise! From the moment we arrived, the staff, with their exceptional attention made us feel most welcome. Our junior suit was stunning with breathtaking views and a pool that provided the perfect spot for relaxing days. We enjoyed the excellent restaurant selection and an exclusive wine tasting dinner event that left us speechless. We will definitely return to this luxury oasis - it's exclusive, indulgent and one of the best in Rhodes. Thank you for the memories!"

It was at a good location, close to the city of Rhodes, and the beach was just a few hundred meters away. The staff was somewhat friendly and helpful, and the evening programmes for the kids were good. The pools were nice and cold. They changed the bedsheets and towels every 2-3 days. We could stay in the hotel and use the pool as well after checking-out.

- Really good overall resort package. - Fantastic lunch options by the pool. - Fun evening entertainment put on by the hotel staff. - Easy local bus transport into Rhodes Town. The hotel went above and beyond to give us somewhere to stay after our flight was cancelled late at night when we left.

Very good location, 30 second walk from a small supermarket, 3/4 good restaurants and a bus stop with a 10 minute ride into Rhodes town. Big pool with nice surroundings. Hosts always available in the reception and very helpful, especially with ordering local taxis.
