A good base for a holiday in a residential area but you...
A good base for a holiday in a residential area but you really need a car, as apart from a small supermarket, there was nothing else within easy walking distance (beaches, restaurants etc). With a car we had access to many beaches and to Chania, although we quickly reverted to using taxis for trips to Chania as paring there was nigh on impossible both during the day and evening. We ate in lots of different restaurants - all fairy good ( we based our choice on reviews) For evening meals, we found by booking a day in advance we could request a table at the front, which meant we enjoyed some fabulous sunsets with our meals.Guest review byJudithUnited Kingdom
