This place was excellent. I had a big room with a comfy bed, air conditioning, kitchenette and large balcony. Staff were wonderful - answered all my questions and very friendly. The pool is amazing with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. I did not have breakfast included but I did pay for it one morning and the selection was great. Very typical Greek breakfast assortment. (Cost 9 €) The property is a good 20 minute walk to town - which I didn’t mind, but something to be aware of especially on a hot day.

The owner was really welcoming and helpful, generously being flexible with check-in/check-out times. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, a kitchenette and bathroom. The location is great being a short walk from the main area in a nice and quiet side street. Definitely recommend !

Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic pool, very clean the staff work so hard and you can tell they care about making your stay as good as possible. Nice pool bar. The room we had was perfect.

Nothing pretty or spectacular about the town, it’s just a nice Greek port with restaurants around the bay, various shops further on, supermarkets and great gyros and coffee bakery’s, it’s a really lovely island, nice people and great beaches.

Karpathos Town is the hub of the island.

Karpathos Town is the hub of the island. Here are the best shops, a good selection of restaurants and all the transport connections. The buses are a bit limited but there is a good range of boat trips and ferries to choose from.

Not actually in Karpathos Town, but the village of Arkasa.

Not actually in Karpathos Town, but the village of Arkasa. It was a lively small Greek village with everything you could need. Easy walk to neighbouring Finiki. Twice weekly bus to beautiful beach at Kato Lefkos. Great walk to unspoilt coves beyond Finiki along coast path.

Good pedestrianized streets through the main shopping area...

Good pedestrianized streets through the main shopping area make it easy to walk around and some excellent restaurants including Mama Maria's by the port made our evenings really special. Boat trips from the harbour go to some of the best beaches like Apella and Kyra Panagia which you otherwise need a car to reach.

Pigadia town is ugly.

Pigadia town is ugly. There are other villages that are really nice but have become very tourist-oriented (Olympos village). Really nice beaches but some hard to reach by car (a few km off the main road with poor quality roads leading there). Anyway, there are so many other beaches that anyone can easily reach that it is ok. Decent food although a little pricey.

Extreme nature beauty, great sandy and rocky beaches (mixed), some of them organized and some not. Even the organized offered not organized spaces. Not really good service at beaches and no carbage collectors to leave carbage when leaving the beach Olympos is a fantastic village, a MUST for anyone visiting Karpathos. Arrange to have some time to scroll around

The owner Giota is a more than a lovely person. She made us feel comfortable all the time. She prepared a huge meal for us when we arrived, gave us a lot of recommendations about Karpathos and Pigadia, and gave us delightful presents when we leaved. The apartment, clean and with a fantastic terrace, was close to everything in Pigadia though being in a very quiet location. We will come again for sure!

The accomodation is very big and it seems new. Everything is ok and there is a lot of space, the house is big enough for 4 people. Ilias (the host) is very kind and he helped us providing some kitchen stuff we needed in just few hours. The location is 5 mins on foot from the pigadia main street. We recommend it!

Mike and his family are very nice and helpful. Great location in beautiful Pigadia and the room has everything you need for making coffee or to prepare a meal for yourself if you wish. The view from the balcony is fabulous. Mike was very helpful connecting me with a rental car company as well.
