Everything! From arrival to departure you are looked after in every sense .. . . We had breakfast and dinner in the courtyard because we found the space so inviting and comfortable. The staff are amazing and will really go the extra mile to help you with any queries you have -organised a taxi for us on a day trip to pozar, rang the bus companies (more than once!) to check timetables etc. . . . Gifts upon arrival and departure, we cannot wait to return to Hagiati again in the future!

Beautiful Hotel. Rooms were quite comfortable for a family of 4. Breakfast was delicious with great views of the village. Stuff were always polite and helpful. Spa facilities were clean with a good relaxing atmosphere.

The suit is comfortable, clean, cozy. Location is in the beginning of the entrance in town and at the same time not far way from the center and all popular places to see. There is a big terrace with spectacular view towards the valley. There is a place to leave your car in front of the house. Staff is very friendly, ready to help. All the appliances inside are new.
