The location is excellent—just a 30-minute drive from most areas of Pelion. The host's hospitality is outstanding: warm, friendly, and welcoming, making you feel right at home during your stay. There's even shade provided for your car at the parking, barbecue area where you can cook at and plenty of space for kids to play.

The whole experience was fantastic. Costas, the owner, was very kind and helpful. He made us feel at home. He cooked, answered, advised, and was always there to welcome us when we came back from our daily travels. He seems to really enjoy having guests and assiting them. The cleanliness was top-notch. Every day the room was cleaned and was spotless. The breakfast was very good, we had a great bouffe. 90% of the veggies and fruits are grown by Costas, the cake is made by his wife, and they also make very good jams (I specifically recommend the kiwi). The bouffe was mostly the same every time, but the hot course changed every morning. The hot course is cooked when you come to breakfast, and all of them were delicious. One time Costas cooked an omelet with ham, another time he cooked scrambled eggs with bacon, etc. The room was spacious and welcoming. We had a big balcony with a pretty view of the yard and of the beautiful mountains of Pelion. The double bed was comfortable and big. There was private parking by the hotel, yet it is not marked. Costas will tell you where he wants you to park and it is in a very convenient location. The location was fantastic for us, yet it depends on your aims of traveling Pelion. We could drive to the beaches of Kala Nera, Koropi, and Kato Gatzea in around 3 minutes. Getting to Kala Nera beach would take some time by foot we didn't think there is a reason not driving there, as it took 2 minutes and finding parking was easy. Also there are better beaches in other villages, in less then 5 minute driving distance. Also this location is convenient for traveling to east, south, and north Pelion. In general, the hotel is pretty, has a beautiful yard with crops, and has a pastoral view. It felt authentic, the attitude was super welcoming, and the whole property was pretty and green. I really recommend this hotel if you don't care about driving few minutes for good close beaches.

Everything was just perfect. The host was nice and lovely and made our staying unforgettable. Furthermore, we didn't encounter any issue in traveling and/or visiting as we were guided properly by them. In regards with the room and the environment we appreciate the view, space and the cleaning.

WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes. we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden. room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there. bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper. the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area. overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, ΣΑΣ ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ ΠΟΛΥ 🙏

    The view from this hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The suites are very spacious with anything you could ask for including a large jacuzzi, very good shower, mini bar, and lovely balcony. The outdoor area by the pool is very comfortable with lots of grass and nice places to sit. The staff is very gracious and accommodating.

    A fantastic place to stay in Koropi! Suzanne and her daughter are exceptional hosts, ensuring every detail a guest could need is taken care of. The house is impeccably maintained and incredibly cozy, making for a truly enjoyable stay.
