We liked that everything worked well, especially the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher. Everything was almost new, clean, and in good condition. The host was friendly, and cleaning with bed linen changes was done every 3–4 days. We had nothing to complain about.

Luxurious accommodation, very clean and comfortable. The pool room was a great choice. Beach furniture in the relaxing areas around the pools and by the sea was luxurious. Staff was very kind and helpful. Awesome long drinks in the bar!

I can say confidently that this is the best hotel experience I ever had, much better than some 5 stars hotels services. Hotel is brand new, clean, modern and not crowded. You feel peaceful in your room as well as in the common space. Music is never too loud, other guests are calm and respectful. No noises at all. The team genuinely think about everything, they even offered a beach bag with towels for our stay to make our beach days easier. Breakfast is high quality and diverse. The service is absolutely outstanding from the receptionist, to the cleaning team without forgetting the barista / people helping with breakfast. Everyone is so kind and someone even remembered how we wanted our coffee every morning, as if we were at home. Big thank you for Marli the manager who was exceptional. We had a free upgrade to the loft (best room available), she gave us the best tips to enjoy the island and even suggested to call the police to make sure roads were safe given the fires. Her energy, smile and positive attitude made us emotional when leaving. Lastly, the offered us a gift upon departure with local products. We will 1000% be back and stay longer! Don't think twice if you want to book here, we've been to other pricier hotels in the island and service at Nikon is unmatched.

I give 10/10 for the hotel, the room is new and clean, the staff was super nice and helpful, they help me to get the quotation for car rental and taxi service with reasonable price The breakfast was awesome, they have a free breakfast menu with 6-7 choice with a little breakfast buffet. The coffee was good, the best I had in Greece for 2 weeks. The location is good, I took the ferry and coach to the island, I walked from the bus station to hotel for about 15 mins. Easy walk and saved 15-20 EUR. It’s quite hard to find a parking space along the main street, but no worry, there is a public parking space in front of the hotel, and a private hotel parking space at the back of the hotel, perfect!

Experience to remember! Staff was absolutely amazing .. so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again to this hotel in future. Locality is super, every meal was delicious. Decided to have a 8 course menu with wine pairing and absolutely loved it. If you want to explore around , locality is also very good and you are just few steps away from more places to eat.

New and stylish hotel, everything was perfect - we loved our room with a deep pool, service was amazing. Also we had compliments from hotel when arrived and in the end of the stay, it was very nice. Breakfast was one of the best that we had, good options for choice, you can choose from menu or open table. Green smoothie and eggs royale our favorites. Also we used spa, yoga and meditation session with sunset view, all were free of charge.

Everything was amazing, the room was super spacious and clean. The staff were so nice!! Also although it’s all-inclusive, the quality of the food was so good and there was more than enough variation! We normally don’t go to a destination twice, but this hotel really makes us want to come to zakynthos again!

Out of the busy tourist areas amidst olive groves and grazing sheep, but only 5 minutes drive from the village of Tsilivi where there are plenty of shops, and only another 5 minutes from Zakynthos town and onward to the miles on miles of golden sands and azure seas which the island is famed for.

There's a wide selection of (good) restaurants within a 15-km radius. Zakynthos Town has a beautiful center. Boat rentals are available to visit various beautiful places (with a driver/guide). Hiking is possible, but the routes are rarely marked. The mountainous area is very beautiful for walking. Roads are poorly maintained.
