The staff is great. So helpfull and nice. They provided us with everything we asked for. Even help us parking. The room is super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. We couldn't eat all the food they served, as it was not fully booked, they provided us with breakfast individually, not buffet. For skiers, they have a place where to leave the staff.

Great place in the center of Arahova, it was easy to find a parking around the hotel. George was very helpful and present to assist us throughout the stay. The room is cozy with a very nice fireplace, Smart TV and a comfy bed. We enjoyed the vibe, the beams, the flexibility of the host, and the tranquility of the location.
