María is a very friendly ,kind and welcoming person. Make you feel at home. The apartments are confortable and with all what you need to enjoy your stay in Kalives. Since few years i stay there when i come to Crete. Nice atmosphere,beautifull enjoyable garden just steps from the beach, the sound of the sea, the calm área and short walk to centre of the town...short nice walk to many shops, minimarkets,bakery,butcher, pharmacy, tavernas, and anything you need...just in front there's a main supermarket which is very practical...great place!

Stayed in villa Olive from 21/06/2024 to 05/07/2024, it has a big terrace with views of the mountains and the lovely pool. Vamos in the western part of Crete feels more authentic than the eastern part were we stayed previously. There are many restaurant's within a short stroll from the villa serving authentic Cretan food. Also beaches are very easy assessable within a 15 to 20 minute drive. We absolutely loved our stay at this house – everything was super convenient and well thought out. The home has two floors and two comfortable bedrooms, with a cozy living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed: utensils, plates, bags, sponges, dishwashing and floor cleaning supplies. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather – it was always cool and pleasant inside. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace, perfect for relaxing or having meals. The bathroom was also very well equipped, with a washing machine, detergent, towels, and toilet paper provided. The house is surrounded by a lovely yard with olive trees and is just a 15-minute walk from the sea. We were incredibly satisfied with our stay. The Wi-Fi worked well, and the hosts were always available and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We highly recommend this place to everyone! We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). Thank you so much!

This is a beautiful place for a stay! Fully renovated old stone houses with maximum comfort incl. an outdoor swimming pool. The Kalami/Kalives/Souda beaches are close to but the place is located in a calm, hilly area. I am still excited about this nice accommodation! The villa is much larger than the pictures make out, it’s very peaceful, it was clean and has been well maintained. Anna’s communication was great from start to finish. A week wasn’t enough I wish we could have stayed longer. We found so many amazing beaches just 15 mins drive with lots of tavernas with great food, I loved this villa so much it was perfect for myself my partner and my two kids. We would definitely recommend to book this villa.

Our stay at this villa on Crete was absolutely phenomenal! The host, Nikos, is hands-down the best we’ve ever met—warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our stay perfect. The villa is stunning, with exceptional design and every detail thoughtfully considered, from fully stocked essentials to luxurious touches. The pool is perfect, surrounded by beautifully designed relaxation areas with ample shade when needed, including an incredible chill spot under a majestic 200-year-old pine tree right by the pool. The magnificent beach, just an 8-minute drive away, added to the magic of this experience. We are 100% coming back, and we can’t recommend Nikos and his incredible villa highly enough!
