The staff is very friendly and helpful. I tried the hot stone Spa which was very nice and professional. Great location with walking distance to the beach, light house and restaurants. A perfect stay and would like to visit again!

- everything! - personnel was so so nice, extremely helpful in guiding us through excursions, booking them for us, helping us with busses. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay! - location was great, just next to the old city Center but far enough that we don't lose all our sleep. - 2 min walk from the central bus station - breakfast was really good, a lot of choices and homemade dishes

location was perfect - just a few mins walk to old town and harbour. reception is open all hours. very efficient and friendly. has an old style which is something to treasure in these times. staff were very friendly. breakfast room is beautiful, food all freshly made, wonderful staff who clearly love working there went out of their way to make me welcome. 1st floor bar/ cafe area is great place to relax for coffee or drink or get some work done. accommodation was perfect and very quiet.

Everything about El Greco is simply wonderful. Location, accommodation, breakfast, facilities and staff. El Greco was also so accommodating when we missed our ferry to Santorini that they happily extended our stay for a few more nights taking extra care of us for the additional days. It is located at the heart of Old Town in Chania, a 2min walk from the parking lot / taxi meeting point, 20min from the city's central bus station, 10min walk from the shopping center and just a 10min walk from Nea Chora Beach (the best part). Next door is an incredibly good restaurant called Kalderimi which is a must-try when in Chania too! Thanks to El Greco for making our stay so wonderfully memorable!

Very kind and helpful staff, specially Yiota and Katerina. Small but very comfortable and cosy room (bed and bathroom were great). Restaurant in the hotel, very good. The location, in the port, near old town and everything by walk(restaurants, shops,...)

Absolutely immaculate attention to detail and styling. A seamless blend of Venetian heritage and minimalist modernism.
