The best place in the region if you want to have a calm and relaxing vacation. Villas have an amazing view at lake and sea, no noisy neighbors or overcrowded cafes. Meanwhile it takes only 5 min by car to get cafes and supermarkets in Nea Moudania. We had an access to a new barbecue at the villa, and there were a lot of shops where you can buy meat and fish. The villa is new, clean and well furnished.

We spent a week in this wonderful house and truly felt at home. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped - not only the kitchen but the entire house and bathroom. The kitchen had every appliance and tool you could need, plus thoughtful touches like olive oil, butter, jam, toast, and even Dolce Gusto coffee capsules. The bathroom was stocked with essentials including shampoo, a hairdryer, and even a round brush - you really don’t need to bring anything. The only thing missing was a grater, which we happily bought and left for future guests. 😊 The view is breathtaking. Mornings in the stone courtyard, beside the little chapel overlooking the sea, were unforgettable. Beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. The host was kind, gracious, and very attentive. When we ran out of internet (thanks to the kids!), he topped it up without hesitation - and even apologized, though it was completely our fault. This place has a soul. We left grateful - and we’ll be back.

Spacy and comfy for 3 people, it has parking, market / tavern is just 1min away, beach is 5min on foot , we arrived earlier and were amazed how clean was the place, when we checked the fridge landlord already secured us cold drinks & caffe(with excellent coffe machine). Neighbourghood was quiet during the stay. Would recommend it and planning to visit it again. 10/10
