1) Location: Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and main road yet still quiet. 2) Build quality: Everything was virtually brand new, chosen from good brands. By everything I'm talking about the building itself and everything in it. We were very surprised and pleased. 3) Room amenities: A small room but it's got everything you may need, incl. a nice pod coffee machine and lots of pods at your service. The AC is not put on top of the bed just to freeze in your sleep like in most hotel rooms but in the small hallway, which ensures your comfort by all means. Smart! 4) People: Last but not least. It's a family run hotel. Every single person we interacted with was the nicest and kindest. We can't thank you enough!

1- Location is perfect. Hotel is in front of of beach, there is a road (like walking area, not to much car) 2- Seaside rooms have a little kitchen but you can cook anything. We cooked fish:) 3- There are to many shopping places 4- You can eat good meals hotel's kitchen (sausage plate in my photos) or you find good traditional and seafood restaurant at the village (calamari and shrimps in my photos) We like traditional meal named Mousakka (we are from Turkey and we make in Turkish kitchen too) 5- Kavala, Thessaloniki and Halkidiki is not far away from hotel, seaside and history or both :)) 6- You can catch fishes if you like it 7- Beach volley area 8- Seaside room has hammock swing, nice:)

    A nice little place close to the bigger towns (Stavros and Asprovalta) for those who like a bit more of a hustle and bustle. I liked the fact that there wasn't much noise and the beach was close by.

    Beautiful little settlement with all the needed...

    Beautiful little settlement with all the needed accomodations for family vacation, without much of night noise. Perfect with families with children, with the long and wide beaches. Situated in between Asprovalta and Paralia Vrasna, excellent for beach walks, even to the town of Stavros.

    As most of the Greek sea side places, small, lot of shops and tavernas by the sea , crowded especially at night. The beach is long and wide, with lot of sunbeds and umbrelas bars where you just pay for the drinks and can use the sunbeds. There is also lot of free space where you can put your own umbrelas. Sea is calm in the mornings and lot of waves in the afternoons.

    The villa is very close to the beach, taverns and shops, cleaning is done daily, friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable, the room well equipped, terrace where you can eat. The water is clear and clean, without algae, is deep from about 3-4 meters away from the shore, children must be supervised. There are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, but you can also sit under your own umbrella. There is a promenade for walking, with many shops and taverns. Asprovalta can also be reached on foot.

    Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation.

    Perfect place for a peaceful family vacation. If you want to enjoy the beach in peace and quiet this is the place to go. If you want to explore by car, in 30min radius there are half a dozen secluded sandy beaches.

    Mr Leonidis was very nice and friendly.

    Mr Leonidis was very nice and friendly. The room is fully equipped. The hotel is clean and close to the beach-less then 100 metres. The only one minus is - there were only 2 TV programs available- Eurosport in German and another one TV Program in Serbian Language.
