I really liked this hotel. Everyone is very friendly, polite and helpful. It's in a beautiful location, the building is elegant and beautiful. The beach is a few steps away, restaurants and taverns are also nearby. The room and bathroom are clean, cleaned every day. and the hotel's own courtyard is beautiful, full of flowers, sunbeds and the great pool. 10 out of 10. I recommend it! :)

We had included in the superb price quality-price the small de jun and dinner which were excellent in terms of taste, always fresh, the staff behaved great with us, very friendly, in addition to that, the swimming pool was very neat, a pretty good area to travel through this island with views that I really liked. In addition to that, there are cute cats nearby and at the hotel 😍🤣

Lovely Villa Kynthia exceeded our expectations! The great hosts (Yanna and Maria) made our vacation rather special and we even stayed longer than originally planned. It's a wonderful place, the peace and quiet (except for the cicadas, if one is sensitive) of the yard make you enjoy your vacation at a whole different level: you can start the day with a sweet or savoury breakfast under the great pine tree, watching the swallows take a sip off the pool, sunbathe during the day, or have a swim, and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the lizards and bats catching insects under the lampposts in the evening. Panormos offers two little beaches and a variety of restaurants, it's nice and small, no party, no crowds, just tranquility!

We love Crete and we come here almost every year. We stayed quite in a few nice and luxury hotels of this beautiful island. To be honest it was the best hotel experience in Crete for the last 10 years. Our experience here was genuinely a magic one. We were warmly welcomed by two Guest Service ladies: Anastasia and Guest Service Manager Anastasia Stamataki. It felt like coming home after a long long trip. Our family suite #219 was very spacious, cozy and clean, with a nice terrace and a private pool outside. Nice design, quiet neighbourhood and a beautiful sea view. We loved the bath amenities and the most comfortable beds. The breakfast food meets the requirements of the most demanding guest: there were lots of choices for vegetarians and vegans, including healthy fresh smoothies, lots of local herbal teas, fruits and treats, etc. Morning cooks were always very polite and friendly. Restaurant team Rokas, Vasilis, Manolis, Anggelos, many others and the happiest hostess Euleutheria welcomed us every day with a happy smile and a small talk. Coffee arrives on the table within a minute. We enjoyed live music of cello during the breakfast. It was so relaxing. SPA is another happy universe of The Royal Blue. Vicky was kind and very attentive while choosing the best massage for me and my daughter. Zafeirenia, George, Konstantinos, Alexandra and Melda, the most professional and at the same time very friendly SPA team ready to do their best to make a guest feel in paradise. A complimentary SPA pool was like a cherry on our cake: very relaxing and pleasant. I had a few small talks with the personnel of the hotel and I learnt the secret of the magic: the crew works 5 day week and they have time to rest and enjoy their lives. My compliments go to the management of this hotel: only happy crew can make hotel guests' experience in The Royal Blue genuinely unforgettable. We can't wait to be back to this hotel.
