The apartment is very clean, comfortable, modern, and stylish. It is also located in a quiet part of town. We stayed for 2 weeks, and after every 3 nights, the apartment was cleaned thoroughly.

Everything! 😀 Sylvia, the host, gave us recommendations for surroundings, car rental, and bus schedule. I enjoyed the fresh figs the host left for us in the fridge. The apartment is cosy, close to city center within a walking distance. For us, it was perfect due to its kitchenette where we prepared breakfast. Petalidi is a small town with few foreign tourists, but vivid, especially during the night when locals go out. I loved the local flavour.

Everything about the property was excellent, great kitchen equipment and an excellent location, very close to the village square. I sugested to Mr Makarounis that it would be good to have 2 sun beds for the very large terrace area and he went off to buy them straight away.

Beautiful mini-hotel with a view of the bay and Taygetus. Perfect cleanliness. Very comfortable beds like in 5* hotels. The rooms have furniture and blinds made of natural wood and this makes the air in the room very pleasant. The hotel is owned by a very friendly family, they are ready to help at any moment. A five-minute walk to a small secluded beach with small pebbles. Perhaps elderly people will need special shoes. There are very few people on the beach, but there is a bar and a cafe. We have very pleasant memories of this place.

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Garden. We were there for working reasons and had definitely a good experience. Wifi is great and you can walk to the nearest beach in 5 min. This is therapy if you usually live in crowded city. The garden is amazing, only quiet and nature. We also took care of the cats that live around - unforgettable experience that we already miss.

The place is really beautiful, the location in the heart of an olive orchard, the design, the infinity pool, the staff, all high quality. The dinner and breakfast really good, great variety of dishes. There are 2 cats and 2 donkeys there, that go hand in hand with the venue. A really quiet and beautiful place to enjoy it!     A traditional small town, friendly community with small shops suitable for a relaxed break away. The Namaste Beach Bar was a real find and we spent most days there - the food was great and the staff were friendly. Several restaurants and coffee/bar places to chill out, eat, drink and relax. The best food we ate was along at the end of the town, a modern looking raised restaurant over looking the bay. The staff in the little supermarket in the main square were very helpful and friendly.

    The most tranquil place. Not crowded at all. Nice weather. Wild beaches perfect for relaxation. Good restaurant named Venetia. We eated there many times. The Kalamata town just nearby. Worth visiting.

    We went in May and it wasn't too busy then.

    We went in May and it wasn't too busy then. The town and beach were idyllic and not too touristy. It was the perfect location to use as a base to travel to other nearby places on a day trip. It was 20 minutes from the airport and 35 mins to Kalamata city. The roads were very flat on that side and easy to use, they were also in excellent condition for driving. We usually stay in Stoupa but this area is equally lovely and not as busy making the holiday much nicer.

    Petalidi area although is mainly a summer destination, is also suitable for winter too (we stayed there at Xmas), offering a good starting point for the amazing destinations around Messinia, namely Koroni, Pylos, Methoni, Gialova and Voidokilia beach, Taygetos mountain, Kalamata, etc.
