Excellent Hosts—the ladies at the reception!!! They are very professional, skilled, and extremely kind. I have had some problems with booking.com, but the Ladies have done everything to assist me and have solved my problem. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel's location is great—in the center of Lutraki, surrounded by many shops and great restaurants along the coast. I fully recommend this Hotel.

The location just outside Loutraki was excellent. 20 mins walking, and you were in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. The onsite parking was very convenient. All the staff were so helpful and warm, they made our stay a joy.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ramada Loutraki Poseidon Resort. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the lady at the front desk. Her kindness set the tone for our stay, and we were happily surprised to receive an upgrade upon check-in. The resort was almost empty during our visit — probably due to the season and timing — which actually made the atmosphere very peaceful and quiet. Parking was also very convenient; I had a spot almost right next to our room, which made unloading and loading extremely easy. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, exactly what we needed after long days of exploring. The view was amazing, especially in the morning. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety, although we noticed that the dining staff didn’t greet us or interact with us much — not sure why — but it didn’t affect the overall meal quality. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The peaceful environment, friendly front desk service, beautiful views, and comfortable room made it a great experience. We would definitely consider staying here again in Loutraki.
