Only stayed for one night as our flight was cancelled so last minute booking but the staff were very welcoming and the 2 bed suite we booked was beautiful. Breakfast was varied and of really good quality. Would have definitely stayed longer.

nothing bad to say about this hotel. the structure is new, rooms are clean and other parts of the resort aswell. rich buffet for breakfast, many things were the same, but everyday there were aswell other things. we loved that. we used a massage service for the couple, we enjoyed that very much. very friendly staff and very helpful!

Our stay at the Maya Beach Hotel was simply perfect! The breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel made us feel right at home. A special thanks to the entire team – by far the best and most welcoming staff we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, supportive, and made our stay unforgettable. We have truly wonderful memories of this hotel. The whole family is incredibly hospitable, and you can really feel that everything they do, they do with heart. It's clear they genuinely want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, as is the area around the hotel. The beach is right next to the property, and there was almost always space available on the sun loungers by the pool. The whole surrounding area is very pleasant and peaceful. We also traveled to other parts of Crete, but this place remained our favorite by far. Thank you once again for all your kindness and for providing us with everything we needed during our stay.

The hotel appartment is very nice and clean! We had an appartment with a double bed and a single bed and a big terrace with 2 sunbeds. The beds and pillows are very comfi. We slept really good. The balcony had double doors with noise protection, so we did not hear the music outside, during the night (because the hotel faces a nice club, with swimming pool and disco). Mr Lambros, the owner is very nice and client oriented. He helped us with the airport transfer.

The resort is absolutely beautiful, staff was amazing, extremely polite and helpful. There was a large array of food with each meal and the room was exactly as the photos. Highly recommend going here, 10/10!
