Location - Nine minutes to most areas Value for money - good priced for 5 stars Facilities - Clean breakfast, heated private pool. Staff - everyone was really amazing, Thonas helped us with everything (thanks) and Georgia is amazing she knows most things in Mykonos. Lovely people. Everyone else including housekeepers, butlers and waitresses were so lovely. Atmosphere - Very quiet, pool looks amazing especially at night Transportation - free airport service, attendant and helpful drivers. One trip costs a little more than taxis but for me they were more convenient.

I stayed with my parents and sister from May 15th-18th. Petinos hotel made an effort to have our room ready for arrival at 12pm and gave us an early check in. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout from the check in desk, pool service and the restaurant. We stayed in the family suite which was very bright and clean, had a lovely balcony with a table and views of the sea. The room and hotel were cleaned everyday and well looked after. The pool was beautiful, clean and refreshing and the sun loungers were the most comfortable ones I've ever used. There was a button on tables by the sunloungers where we could have a member of staff come to order drinks and food. The pizza was freshly made and delicious. Pick up and drop off were seamless and staff were ready to recieve us and drop us from the ferry port and to the airport in a comfortable mercedes sprinter. The hotel was right on the beach with the restaurant for breakfast looking out to the sea. The bus to town takes about 15 minutes and costs 2 euros each, it was so easy to get to and from old town whilst staying at a nice beach area. Check the time schedules for this, they run once an hour and probably get quite busy in peak summer season. There is a lovely cafe with pastries, ice creams and drinks next door and some boutiques. It is a 5 minute walk to Nammos beach club which we visited and well worth a visit!

My wife and I have visited over 25 countries and we have never felt more cared for and more at home than we do now. The owners are people I didn't believe existed, for them hotel management is not just a business but a vocation and they really care about their guests feeling more than good, exceptional people to whom we are infinitely grateful. The staff is a reflexion of them, they are all very kind, responsive and will help you in any situation and satisfy your every whim. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The food is delicious, even the mushroom risotto was better than what we ate in Italy. The location is also perfect, close to everything you need, shops, the beach, the city and at the same time you get a complete vacation. This is our best stay so far, even my wife cried on the way to the airport. Thank you very very much! ❤️🙏🏻❤️

This was our first stop on our travels to the different Greek Islands and it exceeded out expectations by far. The staff were just amazing and so accommodating. Always help-full and assisted us with what ever we needed. Food was really great and the hotel is just beautiful, the views in the morning for breakfast were just stunning. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to got to Mykonos

Ideal location. Spotless place and pool area was beautiful, large pool with Palm trees and gardens. All the Staff in Hotel and Pool Bar are absolutely wonderful and go that extra mile to make your stay perfect. Just a short walk to 2 local Beaches and Bus Stop into Mykonos Town every 30 mins right outside the Hotel front door. You can also get bus tickets at the hotel reception. In our opinion this Hotel should be 4 stars!

Room 522 where we stayed for two nights was awesome. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious with two bathrooms and separate showers and has a beautiful view over the beach and pool. Anastasia and Francesca at the front desk were warm and helpful. When we had an incident and needed to get to the pharmacy, Anastasia and Fotis offered their help with all their patience and professionalism. Many thanks. I hope I got your names right. Breakfast and room service was also impeccable. Location is perfect for family travellers, quiet, with less wind than other places on the island, and within walking distance from two nice beaches.

    What I liked the most is how accesible the beaches are and how beautiful they are. The water is crystal clear. What I didn't like is how much space the beach clubs take of the beach and how close the sun beds are to each other.

    Lovely beach and warm calm sea. Sea bus to other beaches. Bus only 15 mins from Mykonos town and runs every half hour. Restaurants in Platis Gialos are all lovely with tasty menus and friendly staff. Local shops and bakery useful.

    Lovely beaches just didn’t like that the restaurants and bars take over all the beach area and charge you to sit there but found a lovely secluded beach down a little trail so that was nice if you go to Mykonos I think this is the area to stay

    This beach was a 15 min or less walk from our hotel. There are many beach options for renting chaise and umbrellas. Most have restaurants and bars - with beach front service. Some also have access to their hotel's pool. There are a few shops for clothing and sundries and a small food market. It was clean and well maintained.

    Close enough to walk to the beaches.

    Close enough to walk to the beaches. But far enough to not be overcrowded like Mykonos town. Lots of options to eat with restaurants dotted along the main road. Try Alesta Restaurant and SOUVLA, both well priced options versus the exorbitant restaurants catered only to tourists along the beachfronts.

    It was away from the crowds and peaceful, able to enjoy the resort pools, walk to beaches, restaurants, etc. Not much of any shopping though. Close to bus station to take to Mykonos town where all of the people and action are! Would have loved more time for their spa!

    The location of the hotel was ideal, a short walk from the beach and a short bus ride or hotel transfer into Mykonos town. What sets this hotel apart though is the friendliness of the staff…I don’t think we have ever come across a hotel Manager as amenable and willing to go the extra mile as Thanos. He made a point of asking us each day whether everything was ok with our stay and if there was anything they could do/ help with. The hotel also provides transfers to and from the port and airport which is super helpful.

    Great location, short walk to the bus stop to town. Excellent pool and cafe, the staffs were super friendly and helpful, we had early flight to Mykonos, arrived in early morning, we were allowed to use the pools and all the facilities while waiting, they cleaned and provided the rooms before check in time. Absolutely best service I’ve ever had. Short walk to 3 beautiful beaches nearby which had great restaurants ( we had dinner there so delicious!) Would definitely recommend to anyone.

    Great location for beach, bars and restaurants. 10 minute bus ride to Mykonos town. Hotel is spotless, with great views. Stuff amazing, provide shuttle bus free from & to the port. Breakfast great with perfect view of beach and sea. Lovely restaurant on the corner of hotel call Avali DO NOT GO TO THE DK OYSTER !!! Google them Couldn’t t of wished for better location.

    The location of the hotel is great by one of the most beautiful beaches in Mykonos and very close to Mykonos town (10min by taxi). Our room had pool views and was very spacious. The bathroom was also very spacious and new. Breakfast and hotel staff were great.
