Came with my family and booked for a triple studio. I was surprised by the size of the room, it was comfy, had a big terrace and they arranged a cot for my baby. By the beach they have a great playground, so lots of activities for those who come with kids. Enjoyed my stay, thanks!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this very new building. Not only the room was in great condition, but also Eleni does a superb job as a host. She goes beyond everything you can expect to make her guests enjoy their stay. Really recommendable, and in case we come back to this part of Greece, we certainly know where to stay.

The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, modern and has two balconies. The bigger balcony is equipped with a large table and chairs and an awning against the sun, it offers a wonderful sea view and is perfect for relaxing. There are moskito nets in windows and each room has its own AC unit. Kitchen is well-equipped and basic supplies like sugar, salt, coffee and tea are provided. Easy check-in, keys are in a key box. We came at night and we appreciated that the owner had left some food for us in the fridge for breakfast. Quiet and peaceful place, just a few steps from sandy, well-maintained beach and several cafés and tavernas, sea is shallow, suitable for children, water is crystal clear. Two big supermarkets are 5-10 min away on foot, easy parking in front of the house. Most importantly, the owner is very friendly, attentive and responsive, makes sure the guests have everything they need. The whole area is very beautiful and there’s plenty to explore if you have a car. Highly recommended - we would definitely stay here again.

Superb! A very beautiful apartment that makes you feel at home, more beautiful than the pictures and description, ultra-equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need, a terrace with a splendid view of the sea, it is a location right next to the beach. And above all, the host is very nice, we had a pleasant surprise that we found water, wine and olives in the fridge :) We will definitely come back here with great pleasure!

    A small place, to just relax and chill.

    A small place, to just relax and chill. Beaches were small too, a lots of beach bars where you could use their beach beds for free if you consumed anything from their bars. The beach also had space to place your own umbrella. Water was clean and nice. There were some Greek tavernas, with some good traditional food and drinks. So if you’re looking for something chill, to just relax all day at the beach and have a quiet dinner at night with some rakia and beers- Psakoudia might be the place for you. Also it was great for families.

    Overall Greece is always a good idea to visit.

    Overall Greece is always a good idea to visit. Khalkidhiki is even a better idea! Psakoudia is very small place, not a big town. So if you are looking for discos & late nights, chose Thessaloniki. Psakoudia is for relax, enjoying pure, clean nature and silence. It is a very peaceful place with the nicest people. Nature is almost untouched, sea is so clean, beach is specious. I have visited several times, will visit again and again as this is a place you can never get enough of.

    It is a nice village that transforms into a family holiday...

    It is a nice village that transforms into a family holiday destination during summer. Plenty of places to eat, prices are ok, beach in Psakoudia is long and somehow narrow, water is shallow, with sand. Many families and many kids, not really for young people willing to party.

    The village itself is not very interesting but you have most of the things you will need for a family vacation. There are enough shops, restaurants and cafes. The beach is nice and the water is clean. Getting around is pretty easy because the village is small so everything is within a walkable distance

    We had spacious, modern, very clean room with realy big bed. It balcony looked on the pine trees and partly on the see. But it was much cheeper to reservate it by booking then directly in the hotel. Very big various of food, clean and modern restoran. Swiming pool was very comfortable for kids and adult because of different deep in diiferent part. Beach and see was not far from, but it is not the best, so much people around, not so nice water and sand, windy. But when you have a car it is not a problem to get to better one.

    The apartment is located in the pine tree park, with amazing view and smell of pine trees. The host was the most welcoming one during our 10-year travel experience in Greece - starting from the fruits, bread, cheese, wine and soft drinks upon arrival and olives, oregano, jam during our stay. All our requests were addressed quickly and completely. The apartment itself was not hot and we didn't even use the AC. Comfortable beds, fully-equiped kitchen, new bathroom and everything else you need for comfortable and relaxed stay.

    Psakoudia is not as crowded as major resorts and restaurant prices tend to be more moderate. Between the house and the beach there is only a lovely little lawn with an olive tree and a palm. Rooms are spacious, with generous balconies and comfortable beds. Generous and shady car parking area is available 200 m away. Umbrellas and sunbeds on the sandy beach are available to guests. Georgios is a very nice and hospitable host. Thank you.

    We had a wonderful stay in Psakoudia! The host was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. The property was clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated having a parking spot for our car in the yard, under the shade of the trees. Great location and a pleasant atmosphere. Many available activities in the area. Highly recommend!
