We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home in Raches, Ikaria. The house was spotlessly clean and truly one of those rare places where you instantly feel at home. It was incredibly comfortable, and the thoughtful treats left for us were such a kind touch. Although you have to take a short dirt road to get there, it’s absolutely worth it for the stunning sunset views. Highly recommended!

The owner welcomed us warmly upon arrival and showed us our room, which I think even nicer than in the pictures. It seemed to be freshly renovated, everything was very clean, and it had an amazing view from the big terrace. Comfortable bathroom with spacious shower. There's also a small fridge which is quite useful. The location is convenient, up in the mountains between two villages, wich are just a short ride (or 10 mins walk) away. Hiking paths closeby.

We loved our stay in Raches...the village was very friendly.

We loved our stay in Raches...the village was very friendly...excellent food at both restaurants...all the locals were very friendly...we had coffee in the square each morning...got bread from the baker straight out of the oven. There was plenty to do in the area...we visited a beautiful old church and also drove to the beach for a lovely afternoon

Very beautiful area.

Very beautiful area. Also do the amazing mountain route Raches Karkinagri (at least an hour with stops and fog at several points along the way) and return by the coastal road. No problem for our Suzuki Ignis

if you have to go to the festival of St.

if you have to go to the festival of St. John the Baptist in KLIDONAS. it's a joy to go on foot and you can drink without fear!!! in the summer if you go for a swim it's long!! twists and turns!! especially with a motorbike even more difficult!!
