The room was ideal for the 4 of us, a nice idea to have a mezzanine floor. Very nice lady at reception, she helped me find a doctor for my grandson. Good variety of food for breakfast, and we had room service the first night as we were very tired, it was prompt and tasty. It was great to have the pool, one of the reasons I chose the hotel, and it's location meant it was away from the city. Great sound proofing in the rooms.
