Everything was perfect – the accommodation is very beautiful, the rooms are clean, the yard is large, and the pool is splendid. The host is very kind, and every two days you receive clean towels and bed linen. There is also a gazebo in the yard where you can have a barbecue, and the parking area is very spacious, located inside the property. Across the street from the villa, there is a gas station and a supermarket. I highly recommend the beaches of Nikiti, Klimataris, and Tourkolimmionas – they are relatively close and great for families with children.

Exceptional stay – incredibly clean and welcoming! We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The property is very spacious and extremely well maintained, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The host and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They even left us snacks, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!

The whole hotel, its architecture, garden and facilities were magnificent. We stayed in a studio room with a small kitchenette. Utensils, plates, cups, silvers were meticulously chosen. It has everything in it toaster, cattle, brand new plates, cup, pots and pans, you name it has it. Due to my personal interest I loved masonry and carpentry work of the whole building. Lawn areas are very well maintained. Bathroom and all its details are remarkable. Bed is very comfortable for a good sleep. Touch of Babis and Anastasia can be easily recognized on every details. They had designed everything. We had chance to visit other two villas, as well. They were also top notch quality with everything they had, decoration and its items, choice of sofas, amenities you name them. Babis is a great host, with his smiling face all the time, big helper even at 23.00 hrs of the evening. He advised us where to visit to swim, where to eat (Georges place, Panos fish restaurant) what to see (like the most beautiful sunset) what to do in the vicinity areas. We were all very satisfied with what he advised us. Listen to him. You do not regret. Small town in which hotel locates is another perfect story. His kindness is remarkable, he brought a bunch of dried cistus leaves one day for making tea during. It was very tasty. Even he prepared another package having dried cistus leaves and orange marmalade he made for us to bring to our home. We are both grateful for this holiday experience, dear Babis. Hoping to see you again next time with my daughters.

    This lovely little town offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere full of locals having their morning coffee and/or playing backgammon. On Saturdays, the town comes alive with a bustling market, brimming with fresh produce and handmade goods.

    It is a truly unique village, not right on the beach but set...

    It is a truly unique village, not right on the beach but set back in the hills. The people and the authenticity of the place where just fantastic . Some great restaurants frequented by the locals, so good reasonable food. The place comes alive in the evening with the locals partying. Highly recommended.

    Small village very-very narrow streets.

    Small village very-very narrow streets. If you have bigger car (i.e. Toyota Hilux Pickup etc. or a car with trailer) its better to skip Sykia. Its 6 km from the Beach - its you have to know. Not all the villagers are likes the tourists (almost of them are not living from tourism! - so not everyone is kindly with the tourist. They are not rude - only ignore you and not help/speak with you, or maybe make a comment to you about you have got much money and they have not. etc.) I do not recommend it for long stay - only 2-3 days max.

    Green field around of bungalow,everything clean and have been looking after. In bungalow just one room and shower with toilet, but nice dinning area on the terrace I front of your door. Location is absolutely perfect clean sandy beach,nether have been craudy Located in lagoon surrounded by mountains water is clean. A choice of restaurants around and a shop on the beach. Nice paivkent among the beach, it’s also equipped with lights at night Staf friendly and helpful

    Nice place to stay for visiting east and south side of...

    Nice place to stay for visiting east and south side of Sithonia. In the day is a quiet village, but became more animated during the evening. Some terraces, doctor, pharmacie and supermarkets. By car you can reach the beaches for every taste, and close in the area you can find very good pastry shops, fish market and fresh fruits.

    1. Great value for money: you get what other hotels ask 20-30% more. 2. The pool looks just amazing, with a couple nice olive trees around, nice sunbeds and umbrellas. The glass wall adds a beautiful infinity effect and a luxury touch. 3. For the breakfast you can choose from around 6 menu entries, plus there's a tiny buffet where you can make you a sandwich or get some cereals with milk. Don't expect anything exceptional, but the food is good enough to start the day :)

    Very close to the centre of Sikia and only a short drive to the nicest beaches in the south of Sithonia. Sikia has a small centre with tavernas and shops. The apartment benefits from having its own driveway and is very clean and well maintained and was cleaned twice in the 5 days we were there. Communication with the owners was excellent and we had a lovely holiday and hope to return.

    The villa exceeded all our expectations — the view towards Mount Athos was absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The facilities were better than in any 5-star hotel we’ve stayed at, and everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The service was exceptional — warm, professional, and always available when needed. We truly loved every moment of our stay!
