The place was of very high standards. Every day someone would clean the room. The location was very good to reach Chania by car and the host was very kind allowing us to return the towels the last day after our check-out. We did enjoy it very much! Recommend this stay :)

The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff - super kind and helpful. Especially when travelling alone it can really impact the trip, and I really enjoyed the little chats. The direct access of the private beach with the beautiful view of Theodoru island melted our heart again. Staff so polite and lovely as usual. We stayed at this stunning adults hotel in Crete, and choosing the all-inclusive package was the best decision we made – just remember to leave tips for the waiters and bar staff, they truly deserve it! The hotel is beautifully designed, with a dreamlike atmosphere. Around the pool, you’ll find both double sunbeds and regular ones, with plenty of spots in the sun as well as shaded areas – perfect for everyone’s needs. There’s also a main swimming pool, a shallow wading pool for pure relaxation, and a private beach where drinks are delivered straight to your lounger with just a quick tap on the app. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the entire staff was beyond amazing – from the friendly team who did everything to make our stay comfortable, to the manager who personally checked in on us. The cocktails from the bar were outstanding, and the food selection and quality at the dinner restaurant were truly impressive. We were on our honeymoon, and the level of pampering we received was simply beyond words. Highly recommended – and we will definitely return!

In my opinion, Phos Hotel is simply the best hotel in Agia Marina – hands down. No other hotel in the area can match it in terms of design, equipment, location, or service. I’ve stayed in around 10 different hotels here over the years, and nothing comes close to the level of comfort and quality Phos offers. I’ve known this hotel since before it officially opened, and I’m still impressed every time I visit. Everything is well thought-out, modern, and beautiful – from the rooms to the shared spaces. The staff is exceptional: warm, attentive, and always professional. The location is ideal – close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for a place that truly combines style, comfort, and authentic Greek hospitality, Phos is the one. I can’t recommend it enough – this is where you want to stay in Agia Marina.
