I cannot thank the Host (Panos) enough, an absolute gem of a person. Our car broke down in the middle of nowhere due to GPS malfunction. The hotel host being the only contact, came in a taxi and asked a mechanic to fix our car and stayed with us till the taxi had brought mechanic to us. The hotel in itself is in a beautiful location with stunning views of the pool and the sea. The only thing is, it is slightly far from main Aegina, and taxi costs around 13 euros.

EVERYTHING ! The staff is incredibly nice, the view is amazing especially in the evening during the sunset (try to get one of the balcony of the first floor). The breakfast 8h000-10h00 was soooo good ! Typical cakes (from the bakery !), homemade cake and orange juice, surprises every day (cakes change)... AND there are 4-5 cats coming to you in the garden (if you want them)... and you can pet them 😁 Not far from the city center, port, bus, and appolo site, and its good place to look at the sunset ! The room is really comfortable (they make beds everyday, and clean towels regularly), climatisation is really fast and powerful, a must have during summer 🥰 The WiFI is reliable and good, but the view outside is soo good that you won't use it ! We walked around Aegina and it is definitely one the the loveliest place to have a room.

Souvala is a quiet little village and harbour but very pleasant for a short trip. We stayed just one night as a break from Athens and the ferry to Aegina Town was a relaxing way to arrive. Aegina Town is more sophisticated, but Souvala had a number of restaurants that looked good. The little beach was mainly used by local families and retired people so it was pretty quiet and had charm. We had a great brunch at the Azure Beach bar and would recommend Saronikos Restaurant for dinner - lovely food (try the local pistachio pesto) and wine - reasonable prices - and right next to the sea with a fantastic view.

The location of Irides is excellent. Right on the beach so you can choose to lounge by the pool and go for a sea swim! The facilities were locally with exceptional views of the pool and sea. It was beautiful seeing the lights of Athens in the distance at nights. Breakfast was excellent and when I commented that I loved the Loukoumades (Greek donuts) they were on the menu again the next day for me! Beautiful family run hotel with wonderful hospitality and facilities

The staff was very polite and kind! The room was spacious with two single beds and very clean! The location is great with a breathtaking view! There is fridge in the room and wardrobe! Everything you need! There are cafes and a bakery really close and it is also close to Souvala port and 10minutes driving distance from the Aigina city center and the Aigina port!

The best place to stay! The hosts are so nice and kind and we enjoyed our stay so much! The garden is beautiful, the beach is only few steps away and the room was great. The location was great for access to Souvala and local beaches & ferry to Athens. Our apart was spacious & good for a family of 4. Staff were extremely helpful & went above and beyond to get some property left in the apartment to the main land which we were extremely grateful for.
