Our first night in Crete, coming late in the evening. Vasilis have welcomed us with raki and home-made sweet lemon. Sitting in the courtyard in warm Cretan night was very much appreciated after the flight. Location is perfect for discovering of Knossos and surroundings of Heraclion and mountain villages around. House is nicely renovated, appartment spacious and well equipped and already mentioned courtyard with the pool has lovely and homie charm. And we had the best breakfast from all our Cretan trip.

We came for a very short stay and enjoyed every moment at Arcasa villas. The villa was stunning, new with beautifully modern design, perfectly equipped, very clean and shows great attention to detail. It’s a pity we didn’t have time to use the pool, but there’s no doubt we’ll come back in the future.

Amazing Stay at Blue Sky Villas in Arkalochori, Crete We recently had the pleasure of staying at Blue Sky Villas in Arkalochori, Crete, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is stunning—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to be wheelchair-friendly, making it comfortable for everyone. It was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the care and attention to detail. Maria, our wonderful host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She greeted us with a delicious meal and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival—such a lovely touch! The linens were changed every four days, ensuring our stay was consistently fresh and comfortable. The view from the villa was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sunrises over the mountains was a highlight of our trip—simply magical. We stayed in the middle villa, which was perfectly positioned for exploring the island. We had a car and it gave us the flexibility to visit a variety of amazing places like Gouves, Spinalonga, Elounda, Agios Nikolaos, Malia Old Town, and even the lake Kournas to see the turtles. There are so many charming towns and villages to discover around Crete. A huge thank you to Maria and her family for making our holiday truly perfect. We would absolutely love to return and would highly recommend Blue Sky Villas to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and convenient base in Crete.

An amazing place decorated with heart and attention to detail. We were charmed by the owner's hospitality - welcome basket full of delicacies, fresh juices and fruits. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of Juktas. The apartment is large and comfortable, simply beautiful!
