The apartment was really nice, with a wonderful view of the sea. Since there are pine trees on the property, it smelled wonderfully of pine forest. The beds were very comfortable and the host was available for any questions or needs. The location is also great, as it is away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to beautiful Troulous Beach.

Amazing view, very friendly staff, various choice for breakfast (eggs, sweets, fresh fruits etc.). We really had beautiful holiday there. It is easily reachable by bus, beaches on walking distance (even for 3 years old). My daughter was keep asking me if we can buy one of the rooms and make our new home here to be always close to the sea and sun :D Hopefully we will come back sooner or later.

Zina has a beautiful house and incredible garden.She has welcomed us there and provided us with jam, fruits, and water, which was quite welcoming after the flight and heat. We were 4 adults and 1 child and had enough space (2 bedrooms plus one extra cot). The kitchen was well equipped with everything, so you can do your own cooking if you want. Air conditioning and wifi were very good, and she helped with the cleaning daily - you decide together when and how. In the evenings, you can sit in the porch/ hammock, or you can go by foot to some of the taverns nearby (Jasteri being 10 min away). Overall, we had a very nice experience and felt as if at home. Thank you, Zina, for everything!

Best location, great connection by bus from town and to other beaches. Bus stop right in front of the house. Lovely gyros place also in front of the house, supermarket. The owner Niki was very helpfull and attentive. We were invited by basket full of fruit, water bottles nad whine. We had an excellent vacation. Thans a lot. Hope to come again. Family of 4

Fantastic service from all the staff, who are friendly, personable and genuinely wanting to help you. Fantastic breakfasts, snacks and dinners at the restaurant. The location is unbeatable, with the beach a very short walk away, a supermarket between the hotel and beach, plus really good facilities at the hotel. Plenty of both sun drenched and shaded areas to lounge. The beds are very comfortable, Wi-Fi was good, and the daily cleaning kept everything spotless. Couldn't recommend the place enough, it really is a wonderful place to get away from it all.

It was a very nice stay and great apartment. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus the living room area. It was very clean and we had no problems or comments on this front :) The place is practically new and you have what you need for both shorter and longer stays. It doesn't have a large cooking area, but you have 2 electric stoves (no oven). It is not a large area, so maybe a little impractical if you want to cook most of the time or plan on making larger meals/ dishes. For us it was enough for breakfast (lunch and dinner were on the go/ in the towns). It has a nice outside lounge area, it is very green all around and also quiet and peaceful (which we liked very much). The house is on a bit of a hill, and the drive up to the parking is a little steep (but even with our old car it was manageable :)) You also have then another short climb up to the house/ rooms, so just be aware of this. The location is also close to restaurants, supermarkets and a nice bakery/ coffee place. This is where we got our daily coffee (plus the exercise to and from in the morning). Also very close are the public bus stations and you have a bit of a walk to the Troulos beach (15 min). We used our car daily to get around to the beaches, which is very convenient on this western side of the island (very nice beaches all around), but there were also many buses which we see stopping next to all of the beaches up to Koukounaries (and a short walk to Agia Eleni).

Absolutely loved Salty Wave, run by the nicest family. Room finish is of a very high standard , something you would expect in a ultra modern hotel. Breakfast was delicious every day. We would definately recommend and will be back.

We loved being just far enough away from the noisy skiathos centre , easy pleasant walk passing maggali ammo’s beach into town . Beautiful view from our balcony , breakfast by the side of the swimming pool with also just as fantastic a view . The staff at Avaton were all very welcoming and made our stay extra special.

The staff were absolutely amazing – warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Their service made the experience even more enjoyable. Huge shout out to Anthi (Άνθη) who went above & beyond to make us as comfy as possible, she made our holiday even more memorable.Highly recommend! PS- the breakfast spread was one of the best I truly had!

    Troulos is about 20 minutes on the bus from the town.

    Troulos is about 20 minutes on the bus from the town. It has some nice restaurants nearby and a pleasant beach. We would recommend Infinity Blue restaurant which beautiful views and good food. It’s at bus stop 16. It’s a reliable and frequent bus service that allows you to get around the area cheaply.

    Loved Troulos, quiet but plenty of taverns within walking distance, nearby supermarkets, lovely beach within walking distance. Close to bus- stops at all the beaches along coast, nothing not to love!! Can’t wait to return!!

    There are lots of nice bars and tavernas in the resort and easy access to Skiathos Town via a very easy to use bus service. The bus can also take you to Koukounaries beach where there is a water sports centre though it is also possible to walk there!

    Recommendations for visitors, rent a car so that you can visit this beautiful Greek island. With a car, you can easily get to the beautiful beaches in the north like Mandraki and others. The sea is clear blue and you feel like you're almost alone on the beach.

    Plenty of choice of restaurants, hotels with pools which you can use. Nearby bus stops. Flat for walking. Nice beach with tavernas but sunbeds difficult to obtain I would imagine you would have to get up and on the beach by at least 8 in the morning to secure one.

    Everything was clean & new. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Location is great, it’s located at Bus stop 20 and you need to take bus to stop 16 for more restaurants options, or stop 4 or 0 to Skiathos city. However you get to enjoy the private beach so no complaints here. We travel with our 7 month toddler and everything went super well, kudos to restaurant manager who’s always giving us a helping hand and making us feel like home.

    Villa Ourania is the perfect place to spend your holiday in complete relax. From the structure - which is comfortable, clean and near to a lots of tavernas and shops - you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches in the island and the Skiathos centre. Nikos, the owner, is very polite and always ready to help you with anything you'll need.

    Location was great, right by bus stop 18 and always a bus to catch without a long wait. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bakery etc close by and only a 10min walk to troulos beach. Staff were helpful and friendly. Air-con was a god send! The pool area was ok but we prefer the beach so didn't spend a lot of time there.

    I chose this hotel for the panoramic view and its proximity to my favorite beaches. So, I can confirm that the location and the view are exceptional. The general environment is kept very clean, and the rooms are reasonably clean. The staff does their best to keep the rooms clean.
