We were pleasantly surprised with a maisonette upgrade, having an ideal layout for groups of friends, offering both privacy and comfort. Breakfast was delicious with homemade products, including the most amazing apple juice of Makis! The hospitality of the hosts was exceptional, making us feel right at home! A cozy fireplace with free wood created the perfect après-ski atmosphere, and the outdoor grill was a great addition for a gathering. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and perfectly located getaway! Maki, Danae, Gianni, and Dimitra, we will definitely be back!

We stayed here in the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed. Wonderful location away from the centre of town. Nice and quiet. Staff were extremely helpful. Room was large and breakfast was plentiful. In fact we returned twice more during our stay in Greece to use the resort as a base. Great views of the mountains. The hotel is a bit outdated, but the most important thing for me is that it is very clean and regularly maintained. The beds are comfortable and the staff is super helpful ,polite and kind. I stayed in the hotel with my 10-year-old son (it's a well-known thing what children are like at that age ), but the staff always helped me and satisfied our requests. The location is good ,the price is very correct and on my next visit to Florina I have no hesitation at all to stay at this hotel again.
