Absolute perfection. Having stayed at a number of great places in North Zakynthos in the last 3 years nowhere comes close. Stunning new villas with the most incredible view. Being higher up in the mountains the vantage point is simply stunning - topped off with a huge infinity pool. Wake up early and watch the sunrise! The outside terrace space is huge with a clay pizza oven and a separate bbq. I messaged our host Giota asking for wood for the pizza oven and it was delivered within an hour. Inside the villa is super stylish, with everything you could possibly need - a smart TV, Comfy sofa, dishwasher, washing machine, super comfy beds, Nespresso machine, electric blinds etc We went with our 15 month old and had a great cot / high chair delivered. It's a 15 minute drive to Agios Nikolaos with loads of great restaurants, and the same time to some little beaches we found off the tourist maps (Agriosikia / Climati). 5 minutes away is Volimes with a number of restaurants, bakery, mini mart etc. It's honestly perfection. Well done for creating such a special place! And thanks Giota - a great host!

It is in a secluded and isolated area, the quietness is qute remarkable. It overlooks a bay in the distance, with the moon shining over it at night (at least when we were there). The place is decorated in a quircky manner and is simply wonderful. Olive trees shade the garden.

Pothos was like a home from home. As a solo traveller you can sometimes feel a little bit uncomfortable in some hotels and apartments. This was never the case here. I was made to feel warmly looked after at every opportunity. It was such a lovely place. Hopefully i will be able to return in Sept this year. The accomodation is classically Greek apartment style but the rooms, surroundings, pool and bar area were spotless and there was an aurra of care. It is so clearly a treasured family business. The little things like a trip to the bar were made a pleasure as the welcome was so amazing. I feel blessed to have picked here to stay and to have met such great hosts.

Very nice location in a quiet area. The view from the room was beautiful. You could see the swimming pool as well as the sea and the city of Alykes. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was big and comfortable for 4 people and had everything we needed. Even though it is located in a small village there is a small super market close by with a variety of products in case you want to buy things for the room as well as a mini mart right across from the place were you can buy snacks.

The outdoor space was so well-furnished that it felt like a second living room — we ended up spending the whole day on the terrace. The pool water was a bit too cold to swim in, but just relaxing on the terrace was enough. We really appreciated that they provided not only a baby cot but also a high chair for our daughter. While there weren’t many restaurants nearby, The Old Windmill and Mikro Nisi were both delicious and absolutely fantastic!

We had a relaxing vacation in a villa with beautiful views and first-class service! The villa is very well equipped with all the amenities you could need! Mario is the best host I have ever met in my life! So kind and caring! He left food in the fridge for us on day one and brought sweets before we left.

    Volimes is a old tipical village in the centre of Zakinthos island. Many building are destroied and uninhabited, but the accomodations for tourists are very nice and confortable. People are very kind and nice. You can see a beautiful sunset from the village.

    Too beautiful to describe!

    Too beautiful to describe! Nikoletta was the sweetest, she surprised us with my all time favourite wine and fruits in the fridge (which I had to ask for another 2 bottles during our stay, it’s that good) 🥹 everything you need are all in the suite. Food delivery was the best!! Thank you team for organising my request for a fan as I struggle to sleep during the night without it. I cannot explain more how our holiday was so special because of this place. Felt really sad on our last day. Definitely missing the morning view of the sea and most of all the sunset. Thank you Yoma for an amazing experience, means a lot to us after 3 years of not travelling due to the pandemic. Will definitely come back again!! Missing it everyday 😞
